Just to be honest, I did NOT expect there to be another release of Metal Sonic Hyperdrive. But to my surprise, there is another release, I played it on my Samsung Galaxy Discover using a mobile genesis emulator, and to be one of the entries for the Sonic Hacking Contest? I could not believe my eyes here, so I downloaded it and played it, and I have a lot to say about this. Sooooo HERE WE GO!

(There is no story, AGAIN, so let's skip to the gameplay)

Gameplay: 8 "Fun!"    Difficulty: 7 "Challenging"

The gameplay *laughs jerkishly* HAHAHAHAhahaheheheh... It's........ BETTER! I'm not kidding, it is actually better! Following the same formula as the games and the same characters. Metal Sonic can do a jumpdash, Sonic is Sonic CD Sonic, Somari *Why Mario????* is an adventurer, *Slow surprising tone* Kirby can inhale and has a double jump for some reason *back to normal*, The creator Darkon360 (Also called the Lone Devil for some reason) Can double jump, glide, and is just OP and pure awesome, and that's it. But now, how it plays *why didn't I cover this before???* Now for some reason, I just felt like, the creator of this game actually READ my review of his previous version, and took that into account into another update for the hack. First off, The OP wall jump, IS GONE!!! You heard me right, GONE, and the levels actually add more challenge into it, bottomless pits are more plentiful than previous updates, platforming obstacles are much more harder AND challenging to boot due to the deletion of that OP wall jump, and is replaced with that devil you NEVER look forward to in a Sonic Game, WATER LEVELS, and this time, in the most unexpected place EVER!!! So be prepared, and the bosses, be ready for a challenge as they bring the BEEF this time, and the final boss is still the same, hardest boss in the game, so whatevers and whatnot, the gameplay is fun and the game is challenging, ON TO THE NEXT............. uhhhhh......... THING!!!

Graphics: 10 "Amazing"

The graphics are full of STARS!!! *bang* Davideo7: You should try adding more PUNCH to it!!! Me: Okay, Okay, here goes. *iiiiiiiinhale* okay.
The graphics really are FREAKING OP GOREGOUS!!! If you saw my last review on it, you could say I wasn't all that impressed with the graphics, but color me surprised, it's colorful, no kidding. The graphics are actually bright, colorful, beautiful, with gorgeous scenery, and a handful of updated sprites that still fit the Genesis's little memory "card", just check out the game and see for yourself! You too will be colored surprised! *whatever that means*

Sound: 9 "Awesome"

My previous review on a previous update showed that I wasn't too impressed with the sound myself, but now the remixed are just plain awesome! Everything fits into its separate zone it's playing for, and the only graves I can think of from the TOP of my head, Is that some music was copy-pasted from other Sonic games, and that's all I have to say about this part, like I said, just check it out for yourself, and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Depth: 7 "Plentiful Amount"

Plentiful is right, because it also has a fair amount of content compared to the original or am I mistaken, there's a master quest mode unlocked from the very beginning of the game, Okay. It has difficulty settings and even a sound test, All right. It's master quest mode seems to be hard, I'm gonna play that mode, and you're gonna se-- *BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP*.........................................YOW!!!! ........... Good, good, and it has multiple characters to choose from, Okay then. So very plentiful, not amazing, or incredible, but it's getting there, for sure it is.

Addictiveness: 6 "Depends"

Depends is right. On your first playthrough, you might just WANT TO get to the end, because of the difficulty, you'll be either arrogant or determined to beat the game, you'll go through all this trouble, braving obstacles, avoiding bottomless pits, holding your breath on the terrible, devilish WATER LEVELS, and beat the evil sonic. Only.... to be uninterested after a while, so you won't be held in for very long, but it depends on the person, soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo rating for benefit of the doubt I guess, heh heh, awwwwwwwww.

Overall: 8.8 "Great 'er' "

You should indefinitely check this game out, or just, well, try it out, you'll never know unless you try it. If you don't, that's fine, I did hear that there are worse hacks than this one that didn't make it into the Sonic Hacking Contest. Just-Just so you know. But the gameplay, difficulty, presentation, and pretty much the everything for this game (except the addictiveness) had improved WELL over the months, it's as if the creator of this game read my previous review about it, and just did everything he can to make this game much better than it had been, as if he cares for me

Nice job on this review, you gave quite a lot of detail in each category of your review and you also broke it down and explained everything clearly. The only thing I would change (this isn't that big of  a deal) is your layout because it makes it kind of difficult to read since the text from the layout in the back kind of gets in the way with your actual review. One thing I liked about your review is that you kept it light and humorous throughout, I think that is a nice bonus because it keeps your audience or reader interested which becomes harder to do with longer reviews. 

Overall, great job on this review, you put forth a good amount of work on it and clearly it paid off. Your review is the perfect length and you kept it nice and organized as well. Keep up the good work and keep making more reviews!
