The last game I played was Palworld. I played it when it first came out on Steam last year, and while I enjoyed it for a bit on my Steam Deck, it just didn't run well enough for me on that platform for me to justify continuing to play it on there. Not to mention how loud it was making the fan as well... I decided to give it another shot, but this time it was on the PS5. There the game runs much better for me, and I've had a good time getting back into that game. I'll have to play it a bit more when I'm done with what I want to get done in the remaining days of the TDV.

The last game I played was Trails of Cold Steel on Steam. I touched on this in another thread, but I randomly decided to pick it back up again after putting it down in 2020. The reason I put it down is because I couldn't get past a certain boss duo relatively early in the game (Chapter 2). I happened to stumble into a boss area which activated a cutscene where I have to run away from the boss down a winding series of hallways. Unfortunately, when I activated the boss, many of the characters on my team had low health or status conditions on top of being slightly underleveled. It wasn't until I revisited the game last night that I realized how underleveled I was. After glancing at a guide, the recommended party level for normal difficulty was 19-20 (which is the level most of my party was), but since I was playing on hard difficulty, it recommended lvl 22-24.

After getting reacquainted with the somewhat complex battle system of the game and 4 failed attempts, one of which was very close, I finally beat the bosses... since I was underleveled, I had to resort to hax and spamming certain abilities and moves over and over again to delay the bosses from attacking. In the end, I'm just glad I was able to move past this difficult fight and continue experiencing the rest of the game's story. 4-5 years ago, I'd somewhat resigned myself to never experiencing the rest of the game, but moving forward, I'll make sure I'm never underleveled again lol.

The last game i played was BeamNG.drive. Its that time of year again where i just randomly decide i want to play the game a bunch again. The game has a lot of replayability, mainly because its a simulator more than an actual game.

The last game I played was Stellar Blade which I think is really good so far it's unfortunate that all I heard when it released was about the protagonist and the outfits and such it's definitely had things I don't like for example they love having enemies jump you from around a corner but I've gotten pretty good at scanning the environment so I don't get jump scared by walking around a corner nearly as much now. I might just be bad but almost every boss I fight has taken me over 30 minutes so definitely still a learning process.

I played Mario Party 9 for the first time some hours ago. I went with my girlfriend and one of our best friends to a bar which has several different consoles and I could get to try this one.

While I've just played the minigames (a few of them) and thus I can only see half of the picture, I can understand why it received some backlash. The game is by all means a decent entry, but I saw in the instruction booklet that there are way too many squares in Party Mode and also it dropped the minigame categories the previous and future Party games had.

I'm glad I didn't get it back in time, wouldn't have been worth it because not always using the new functions of a controller is a good thing. All minigames could do with button mashing like previous and future entries and would actually be much easier and friendly to new players. But well, enjoying it in such a place from time to time isn't bad either, so I'll see how deep I dig into it.

The last game I played was Mission in Snowdriftland, which received a Switch release not that long ago.

This game started out as a Flash Game, where every advent calender day a new level is unlocked to be played, and was used by Nintendo back in 2006 to promote new games as well as the Nintendo DS Lite and the Wii. Then the game disappeared for a while and returned in 2010. However, the game then returned fully remastered with the Unity engine back in 2021 with a Steam release, and since November 2024 also on Nintendo Switch.

So far, I've completed the first world and im getting closer to finish the second world. But as I'm also studying at the moment, I'm only playing during my free time.

It's a great game that was finally brought back to modern systems.

The last game i played was Monster Hunter World. I recently re bought the game after refunding it back in 2021. Why the hell would i re-buy it? I actually found out you can play the game completely solo. I originally refunded it because it was an online only game. I didn't have friends that play the game and didn't want to be forced to play with random people. I can't believe how much i slept on this game. Its actually pretty fun to play, the combat reminds me of FFXV.

The last game that I played is Bubble Ghost Remake. I never played the original and thought this one looked cool but I should have done some more research because I'm not liking the gameplay at all. I also played Neptunia Riders VS Dogoos, which was just as bad in terms of gameplay, but had other good stuff throughout the game.

The last game I played was Super Smash Bros. Melee. I've gotten back into Melee recently due to boredom. My work load has been really light recently, so I've had a lot of free time. I don't have any friends in Florida, since I didn't grow up here and I work remotely. So I decided that attending local Melee events could be a good way to meet people. I went to a local on Wednesday. It wasn't really local to me, since it took me over an hour to get there, but it was fun.

I didn't do well, but I did win one set, which is one more than I was expecting to win. The player that won the tournament was Komodo, the number 76 ranked player in the world. Apparently there is another weekly tournament 15 minutes from the one that I went to, and 4 players ranked in the top 100 attend almost every week: Komodo, Krudo (18th in the world), Panda (31st in the world), and Gahtzu (85th in the world). I kind of want to go for the experience, even though I know I won't even be able to take a stock off of them.

The last game I played was Minecraft with my friend Jhaazy last night it's been several years since we played together and after playing I'm convinced the pvp player base has just never stopped I was getting hit with some crazy stuff and maybe a few reach hacks cause I could not believe where I was getting hit from. It was still a great time though and we ended after I got a win playing as the murderer in murder mystery. Afterwards we were msging and talking about how we need to make a youtube comeback playing SG and I pointed out sure but where? So I said I will look around for a new server for hunger games.

The last game that I played was The Hundred Line. My review of the game has to be published in less than three weeks so I've been playing it non stop and I've been loving it. Not a big fan of the combat since it's a tactical RPG but I love everything else about it and I think it might be my game of the year and one of my top 10 switch games of all time.

The last game I played was a little platformer called Charlie The Duck, released back in 1996 by Wiering Software, the same developer that created the Mario & Luigi MS-DOS fangame in 2001. I've recently picked it up alongside the sequel Charlie II on Steam during the Steam Spring Sale 2025, so that I can also use the opportunity to play it on my Steam Deck OLED (1TB Model) which I've recently received a few months ago at my 25th birthday.

I used to play the demo back in the day and I've enjoyed it back then, so the fact that I've finally bought it on Steam makes my inner child happy and I'm looking forward to play this game even further, whether it's on my laptop that I usually use for my studies (which is surprisingly capable of playing a majority of PC games released, except for the newer ones which won't be compatible) or on my Steam Deck OLED.

The last game that I played was Phantom Breaker Battlegrounds Ultimate. I got a review code for it yesterday and played a few hours, and I was surprised by it. I never played any of the other games in the series but I like how fast paced all the action was and I really liked the art style.

The last game I played was Elden Ring on PS 4. I bought the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC a while ago and would like to finally start playing it, but the completionist in me doesn't want to start it until I've beaten every minor boss and collected every weapon, armor, talisman, sacred tear, etc., in the base game first. I'm referencing item lists as I go, and I'm only missing a few minor things here and there. Hope to finally wrap up the base game soon so I can start the DLC sometime this century.

The last game I played was Hearthstone. I've been getting back into it again, it's actually been a pretty fun season. I made a really fun Mage deck that focuses on just throwing out as many spells as possible in a turn and I also have a fun Death Knight deck with Starcraft inspired cards. I use a bunch of zerg cards in it so it's kind of a zerg rush deck. I've also been really enjoying the battlegrounds mode, got a second place win and a first place win back to back last time.

The last game I played was some stupid ad game, I was just learning Japanese, got an ad, and I had to play the game for 20 minutes. It wasn't even fun either.

Just finished replaying Fable The Lost Chapter. The only difference I played it with the Aeon Edition mod and it definitely made the enemies harder to fight. Kinda disliked since it made them into enemy sponges.
