These last two nights I didn't get a single wink of sleep, I wasn't intentionally trying to stay up, but I just wasn't able to fall asleep either. I tossed and turned like a zombie as the hours ticked by only for me to get up and start the day still feeling exhausted

Probably a few weeks ago when I decided to stay up all night to get the house tidied up and looking less like a lazyhouse and more of a living space But it's rare for me to stay awake for more than 24 hours, only done it two or three times and that screwed up my sleeping pattern completely.
