This game is overall pretty dang awesome,only a few things bugged me(Like the way they took the phrase "punch you'r lights out" to literally) ??It reminds allot of the halo series, but before halo existed! The gun play is solid and all the guns and gadgets look really cool.
I really liked the soundtrack, even though it didn't really have much to choose from.The sound is probably something I really can't
say much about,even though the music was good,I could barely hear it because my computer sucks....
really all I heard was really skippy explosions and maybe some guns?....So I had to turn the music off so it ran correctly. sue me..
When I played through I realized that the challenges that are on the multiplayer are essential to having the most fun with this game.
playing through them unlocks weapons,game modes,arenas,the ability to put eight or more bots in,AND more costumes!!!.....

Seriously! I don't want my screen to turn completely black for five minutes! even after you respawn it STAYS...
Another thing is only because of the emulator.On the second mission you have to use a spy cam and it also shows black with
no way to fix it...
also that means I really don't know much about the story...And I haven't looked on youtube 'cuz I don't want to spoil it. Sooo....yeah.?
the animations are okay for an N64 but aren't on the same level as say,OoT. But they'll do. the actual gameplay is extremely fast
paced. I mean seriously, jeez, this game likes to go a hundred miles an hour.
The game is pretty well balanced, as all the guns have two functions, weaknesses, strengths, and cool designs.
Its kinda tough to use a controller with this game, (unless of course, you'r using an N64 controller, whereas I am using a PS3 controller)
especially if you plan on trying to use modern like controls.
all in all, this game is pretty awesome. I'll give it 10 not only for being?one of the N64 FPS games, but being one of the best also.

nazo : Well this was a hard to read review due to your layout but I managed to read it. I never ever heard of this game before so I might try this game out. You got in a pretty fair amount of details in this review as well. Yet Would suggest spacing out the paragraphs and maybe add the categories. Anyway you did a fair job on this review so I guess you should keep up the good work on making reviews. I'll hope to see more review from you in the future!

How have you not heard of this game before? This game is considered a classic N64 game by many gamers even though later titles on different systems actually ruined the game play value which lead to COD and Halo taking over. Definitely give it a try because it offers a great all around experience and it also is a shooting game which is unique with good graphics despite it being on the N64 console. And I loved the review it was a little hard to read due to the background you have chosen and you have a lot of incomplete sentences which as a grammar nazi for me was a little hard to get through. Definitely looking forward to your future reviews

This was an OK review, it has a small amount of detail, but it was enough to qualify as a quality review! I won't comment on the spacing though.

Barathemos : Sorry about that. I really have no idea what happened. I edited it after I posted it because there were a few screw ups,

and then it did that. Originally they weren't spaced at all...

As you said, there were some things wrong with this game... Why does it receive a 10 overall then? An overall score of 10 should mean a game is perfect... right? If not, I probably know nothing of rating video games... You could've stayed a little more professional too. Playfulness in a game review is good, that makes it... not boring to read. But it should still look serious, otherwise it wouldn't be a very credible review.

Good luck on further reviews, I'd love to read more of these.

I gave the game a 10 because most of the faults in the game were ether minor annoyances, or the emulator it's self.

Not to mention it is a N64 game, and back then this was a stellar achievement. After golden eye 007 this came out
rather quickly. I didn't touch on the voice acting because the fact that I couldn't hear it, it was just a garbled mess.

I'll get better at writing reviews too, as this IS my first.

I agree the first post was hard to read. The second post was better, but I would still consider instead of making the sentences really far spaced apart just putting them into paragraphs and separating them appropriately.

Anyways, about the review, I personally liked the punching in this game, and the fact that you could NOT see straight after getting hit in the face. It made it fun. My brothers and I spent hours playing this game and it was always fun if you needed a change of pace to go around punching them. This game is HARD. Try completing all of the multi player missions, the computers are so good it is simply ridiculous. They always wiped the floor with me when I played against the expert level computers. Anyways, it was good review, I just think you need to change the format still. Paragraphs are the way to go. Thanks for the review, don't give up!
