I haven't corrected my sleep schedule at all, in fact it's getting worse because I went to sleep at 5:30 AM yesterday, and also took a while to fall asleep so it was even closer to 6.

I tried to go without naps today, but I've been unable to stay awake watching tennis and I had quick bursts of sleep for around 20 minutes. That'll be enough to keep me up until late again, but at least I'm able that I can slowly but steadily correct my habits.

I mostly just like binged stuff until I felt so tired that I couldn't stay awake anymore, so like usual. Closing my eyes also helped XD. I have like a medium soft single mattress, it's like the softest thing ever not gonna lie I love it to pieces and I would probably spend all day in it if I could like it's so dang cozy I can't help it.

I think I went to bed at like... 5pm? I used the day to catch up on the little sleep that I got while I was off work so I literally slept from 5pm to 4am I believe. And even when I woke up, I just went back to sleep until 7am.

I am mainly up most of the time though because of insomnia mainly and due to depression probably, I think that I heard somewhere that if you are depressed you tend to sleep and stay in more although personally I am just generally happier being indoors than being outdoors.

To a lot of people that probably sounds incredibly late but for me it's really early and it was definitely something I needed. I haven't found a regular sleeping schedule for this TdV yet and it had me really exhausted so having that one extra long night of good sleep made me feel refreshed again.

It'll probably be a bit later today, again, but I might take an off day like that more often to charge up a little.
