Their is no best brand. Computers are built to serve a certain purpose. Brand companys just have a set of computer models. Half the time they use parts they didnt even design.
And typically they are subpar, you can easily build a better pc for less money. I wouldnt even buy a pc again.

I, personally, have never gone wrong with a Compaq brand computer. I have a Compaq from back in 1998 that I saved up for and bought myself (which was silly, because I forgot about the monitor, keyboard, and mouse so in the end my parents bought them for me) and it still works. It works really well, but it's old and doesn't have a lot of hard drive space or ram. It also doesn't know anything besides dial-up exists.

I've had my best experiences with Dell and Windows. I'd recommend those three to anyone with no knowledge of computers, which is no one here. I wouldn't recommend Lenovo since they seem to take away and add problems with each of their versions. I don't know why they try to "fix" perfectly good features from previous versions wrecking current ones. My laptop mouse box doesn't work well at all and I know that it was one of the best features in previous versions.

I like Lenovo because it's easier to download stuff. It has a free antivirus thing which is good. Plus you can download anything you want easily and if it's dangerous, it will just tell you but you can just download it if you, really need it.

Well that's just the brand. If you want the other answer, I will choose windows seven.

Asus is generally the best you can get for gaming and performance wise and I probably wouldn't reccomend anything else to agamer. However Hp or Acer is probably better for work and is balanced in performance. When it comes to brandof computer parts I'd go Intel over AMD performance wise and AMD budget wise. Both chips are good it's just that Intel is better and AMD is just cheaper. Althoughfor graphicsbI would go NVidia no doubt.

In my opinion, it is Fujitsu, the one I am using now. It is not very well-known, but it works like a charm. Specifically, Fujitsu Life-book. They are fast, affordable, and have high-performance.
