Not long ago I was playing a game and on a lap I got a time of 6"100. I am seriously confused by this as there should be 99 milliseconds in a second. I would like you to explain it.

That's true, but the way it's written 6"100, it seems to mean centiseconds, I'm not 100% sure.

I think Mistress was on the right track, the game probably means 6 seconds and 100 Milliseconds, not centisenconds. One way we can know for sure, legs: did you ever see something like 6"304, or something over a 100 there before?

Could be a different Measurement of time. (In history there have been many Variations on the Calender.) Does the game have a particular theme to it? In allot of old games they require the player to use the imagination.

Most computers have a standardized clock and time measuring set up. Even the Stopwatch or "Timer" feature is standardized. I have no idea what this is.

Try to Google the Developer and the Programmer. Could Be a Personal Touch Like an "Easter Egg" Thing. Like that song that is in a ton of Nintendo games. You might have discovered Someone's Clock and have the honour of creating your own legend for the internet.
