"Sigh" 2001, This was a really sad year for us, why you ask? It's because this was the very last year of Nintendo 3D game console the Nintendo 64, I hated to see this console go, but just then Rare entertainment decided to work their magic and bring us a 3D adventure game that is fun and hilarious at the same time! What is this game? This is Conker's bad fur day! Let's jump right into this big violent cartoony world!

Story-7/10
The game opens up with our favorite orange squirrel conker sitting evilly on his thrown with a mad face holding a cup of milk, And all of his friends are beside him, He then tells us how all of this is happening to him, It started off yesterday as he says, which is what he calls a bad fur day. We then jump into how It happens, Conker is hanging out at his local bar called the cock and plunker, He is having a fun time as usual, but then He has to go outside and throw up, he then has a hangover, then he falls down and is literately knocked out. So That is it for the story, Let's get it on everyone!

Gameplay-8/10
Conker's bad fur day is your typical action adventure game, You control conker through Big enormous worlds doing quests and whatnot for about everybody there. At times Conker will have to stand on these big pads with the letter B on it to trigger a certain effect, for example, in one scenario Conker will have to get past these guards, he will then have to stand on the pad and press B in order to pull out his slingshot and shoot at them to get across, now be aware that in order to get access to new areas in the game, you will have to collect these wads of money with eyeballs, they are hidden high and low in each world, so make sure you find them or else! You won't get to access new places! If there is one thing I love about this game, It is the humor, Do not be fooled, this may look like a cute little kid's game but no It is not, there I alot of blood, swearing, and other adult stuff. This is a huge departure from the Kid friendly rare titles like Banjo, DK, etc. Oh wait, they also made perfect dark and goldeneye, I wouldn't say those are kid friendly games. But DK and Banjo are! The game also parodies alot and I tell you ALOT of action movies, such as saving private Ryan, matrix, heck! Even the opening scene is a homage on Clockwork orange!

Graphics-9/10
The graphics in this title are simply put AMAZING, All the worlds levels and locales that you will be exploring are HUGE, beautiful, and absolutely stunning and appealing to look at! As for the characters, they look pretty nice as well, Conker is an orange squirrel with a blue jacket and high tops, Birdy the scarecrow is your typical lazy scarecrow that teaches you new gameplay mechanics, and so on. There is also blood, And lots of it! Such as this level were you are controlling a dinosaur and you must bite everybody's heads off, It is just plain gruesome and awesome to look at! The HUD, while not always present on the screen is pretty self explanatory, the left top hand corner of the screen shows your health measured by chocolates, And the top right hand corner shows how many lives you have left. Good job again rare!

Sound-9/10
Another high point of this adventure, the sound. All the songs you will be hearing in this game are very very catchy and nice to hear, as for the characters voices, this is probably the best part of the game! In particular, I have adored conker's sarcastic dry voice the day I heard it! I also like It when the money wads scream "Hey over here!" at you when you are approaching them. As for the sound effects, they are pretty sweet too, when you fall from a big height, you will hear conker's bones crack, and there are also a bunch of Bangs, kabooms and everything else you expect from a game like this. And The great mighty poo is the best part of this whole game! Except for when they censored It out in the XBOX remake of this game, dang Microsoft!

Don't ask "Are you ever going to play this game again?" Of course I am! This game has been such a childhood memory for me the day I bought it! So why would I shelf this game? I remember playing the multiplayer with my friends alot because how much fun we had shooting eachother!

Depth-7/10
A big long adventure, one that will mostly take you about 4-8  hours to beat at least, considering you have collected as much extras as you can, There is also the multiplayer mode where you can play as the weasels and teddies and run around a big open world doing stuff such as stealing things from eachother and bringing it to your base, or just shooting eachother for the heck of It! This is a game that will last you a long time!

Difficulty-6/10
Conker's adventure was fun, but one big problem, It can get flipping hard! I remember actually screaming at certain scenarios because how frustrating they were, but other then that, The game shouldn't give you that much trouble after that! I mean It is rare? So what to expect? Easy games? No! We want hard challenging games where sometimes you think to yourself "Is this boss even possible?"

You must buy this game! It is the greatest game you can ever get on the N64, I gave this game a 9.5 because how much fun It offers and the amount of humor there is to go with it! So buy it now, you will not regret it!
