(Overall) Tekken 3 was released in the arcades in 1997 then ported to the PlayStation the next year. The arcade version has been re released in Tekken 5's arcade history mode. Lets talk about the Psx version. If you asked me to sum up in two words my late elementary school to late middle school years all I can say is Tekken 3! That game is one of my best childhood memories. My best friend had it and we would play it for hours on end. Tekken 3 is debatably one of greatest tournament fighters ever made. Fast and exiting play is something to expect when you pop in that disk. The downfall of most tournament fighters is the crazy button combinations to do special moves and combos. With this game there combos and specials that only take a few buttons to do. If you like to memorize ton's of buttons don't worry there are also combos that requires a large about of buttons. Tekken 3 improves on a lot of the problems found in the first two. To name one issue that was fixed, in Tekken 1 and 2 you jump like 20 feet in the air when you jump. You could leap over a house! This is fixed in 3. You still jump high but not stupidly high. Lets get on to the graphics!
  (Graphics) Lets start with Tekken 1 (Psx). It looks a lot like Virtua Fighter for the Sega 32x, Very blocky and not the best to look at. Ok, now Tekken 2 (Psx). It looks a little better but still not perfect. Tekken 3. The graphics are just jaw dropping. It is such an improvement over its predecessors. There are certain characters with costume changes or different looks. Tekken 3 has a wide variety of stages with different looks and feels. The graphics are just plan awesome and very nice to look at!
  (Sound) The music is pretty good. I like most of the sound tracks from the Tekken 3. It has an original sound and is decently catchy. Turn it up and rock out friends!
  (Addictiveness) With so many unlockable characters and content you could play this game for hours and hours. I can come back and play Tekken 3 any time. This game has more replay value then most tournament fighters due to all the mini games. This game included the first appearance of the mini game Tekken Force. Tekken Force is a beat 'em up style game. Tekken Force is good enough to be its own game! It also has a mini game called Tekken Ball. It is pretty much beach volleyball. Beating the mini games unlock other playable characters.
  (Story) This game has an awesome story. The basic story in Tekken 3 is that Ogre kills Jins mom and he has to beat the Iron Fist Tournament to get to Ogre. I will not say any more about so I don't give any thing away. Each character has a different story and back story so the ending and everything changes for each character. Most tournament fighters have little to no story so Tekken 3 gets a big fat 10!
  (Depth) Well each character has a different story and can unlock another playable character so you have to beat the game with every person. There are also mini games that you have to beat to unlock characters. You could spend hours on end trying to beat every little bit of this game and you will have fun every second!
  (Difficulty) This game is not to hard not to easy. You may find it hard to beat the game with characters that you are not good with but other then that you really shouldn't have much trouble with Tekken 3.
(Ending) This game is a top notch tournament fighter and is the one I would play if you are looking for a Tekken game. So many different character to choose from and so much to do. What could be more fun? Any one that plays this will find that one character that is just perfect for them. For me that character is True Ogre. Play it! Play it now!

Great review, this is really good! I personally enjoy tekken and street fighter type games, I should play this one now! Anyway, your review is simply amazing, you add so much detail and it really makes your review interesting to read. I think this is your best review yet. It is the perfecr length and you describe the game so awesomely. I played this game a few times, nit on vizzed though, and it was like you said, an amazing experience and Ithink it is debatably one of the best tournament fighter games I have ever played, it is just fadt paced and awesome! Overall, this is a great review, I think you shoukd space it out a little though to make it easier to read, but otherwise great review, this should be feaured if it isn't alreasy, keep it up and keep making more awesome reviews!

Tekken has always been great for its emphasize on storytelling, etc. xD
Tekken 3 is actually my favourite fighting game of all time, I loved reading this.
Even though the overall score shouldn't receive a perfect 10 if your other ratings were not all perfect, but still...

Slightly confusing there I mean I wouldn't understand, why if you thought the graphics where blocky did you rate it so high? Lone Monolith : I said that Tekken 1 was very blocky. Tekken 3 has beautiful graphics. Don't get me wrong though Tekken 1 and 2 are still really great games.

GenesisJunkie : The way you worded it was weird since there was no spacing. Also why did you compare all three games? Wouldn't just comparing it to the second game be sufficient? Also why not compare it to games made in the same year? That would also make a bit of sense. These of-course are just suggestions you may or may not wish to take into consideration.
