Ok, so im playing pokemon and im trying to watch some YouTube at the side, i really cant listen to YouTube with that Pokemon music blasting in my ears. I want to know how to mute the volume down in my Pokemon retro games. I am specifically playing Pokemon yellow. I am currently using Firefox and i can switch to any web browser for this to work. Thank you whoever decides to answer the question. Bye!

Try on you computer going to start.  Then type in "adjust system volume". Then lower the volume for the game window. Sometimes it is called the mixer.

I did it, thank you so much guys! What i did was i went to Adjust system sound, i turned off firefox volume. So pokemon music is gone, but left internet explorer sound on so i can watch youtube on a diffrent web browser. Thank you so much guys for helping me with this problem. I greatly appreceate it. Time to play some pokemon yellow for the rest of my weekend now. Lol..
