Wow lol. This actually seems like a smart thing to do. I have never even heard of this "Asian Netplay Server." It is nice to save some money from time to time though. I see them every time I am or was on osu! and Need For Speed World. They seem to be connected to the Internet like a lot of the more-developed countries, but they don't have the greatest market for console games. So emulators and websites that provide the gaming are an obvious go-to. This is only speculation from my perspective, so do not hold it against me if I am wrong.
