This game is one out of the 18 NES launch titles and it's a classic. The simple yet addictive gameplay will stay on you for a while, and the fact that you could use a little gun to play is really cool. Lets get into this game in detail.

GAMEPLAY B+: The gameplay is very simple. All you do is shoot ducks or discs depending on what mode your on. Despite it's extreme simplicity the gameplay is great for high score contests and anyone can play it. Even someone who has never touched a video game before can easily figure out how to play.

GRAPHICS C: There's not much to say about the graphics. They are pretty basic, and the environment you play in does not change at all. One thing that really angers some players is that when you miss a duck. Your dog laughs at you, then you just want to shoot him until he learns his lesson.

SOUND C: There's not very much music but the sound of the dog barking is pretty good considering that it's technically voice synthesis.

ADDICTIVENESS A: The game is endless so like the arcade games you play this game for high score. It can get pretty addicting, I spent a lot of time playing this game.

DEPTH C-: There's 3 different modes which adds some variety. the first 2 modes are the same with one slight difference mode 1 has one duck to shoot at a time and the second mode has 2 ducks at a time. Mode 3 is where you shoot clay disks instead of ducks. Each mode lasts forever.

DIFFICULTY FAIRLY EASY: It took a while for the game to get difficult. I had to play until round 12 for the game to get difficult
