I don't know where else this goes so...

When I try and install the plug in I get this error message...

"There is a problem with the windows installer plug in. A program required for the install to complete could not be run. Please contact support or product vendor."

I have no clue how to resolve this.

Any ideas?

I'm getting the same message, and it's still saying it with the VC++ Runtime installed.  I have a decent amount of space on my computer, and I don't think I have any viruses.

If you are using a mac it wont work. And maybe you need a runtime VC++ to.

DeChunk : First make sure that nothing from Vizzed is installed. If it is, uninstall it.

Then re-download the 2.0 Plugin file. Close your browser, and run the install.

Restart your computer.
