I would have to say that my favorite is Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (especially the Community Retexture Project version.)

Donkey Kong 64. It was my favorite game when I was about 6. I rebought it and it's still as awesome. I found Conkers Bad Fur Day to be pretty awesome too after I got it for practically less than a buck.

Ocarina of Time was a pretty damn good game but it seems to be overrated. There was a hell of a lot of innovation but its shadow covers other amazing titles out there.

My favorite N64 game is Super Mario 64 BY FAR. It's really easy (it only took me about a month to beat the first time I played it). I've beaten the game AT LEAST 100 times by now. THAT's how addicting that game is.

N64 was a great console.  I pretty much grew up on it as a kid, and I can't say there were many games I didn't like.  Most of them had great graphics and were insanely entertaining.  It was one of the few things that kept all of us kids getting along, and I wish I still had one.

I don't have a favorite, but I've got to mention one that doesn't get enough credit:  Beetle Adventure Racing.  For serious racing gamers, this probably isn't the game.  However, it really was quite fun.  It's unique races,  dozens of 'secret' short cuts, and ability to destroy other players in multi-player mode was just phenomenal!  Besides that, each race track was quite unique and every race felt worth its time.

I've been meaning to write a review for it.. Maybe I should go do that.  ^.^

I purchased my "N.64" for "Links" next quest. It cost me $130.00 at the time (sale) plus the "Zelda" game itself. After a month passed ("Links" trip through time was not too hard. But fun still.) I thought my N.64 was going to be a paper weight. "Star-Fox" came out and I had to have a copy to fly that fighter-jet, space-craft again. When "Smash Brothers" came out I was skeptical until a friend brought over a copy. To this Day I love those three and am thankful that Nintendo decided to try new things again. That was the only time I had the cash to own more than one system. (I had the "Play-station one", the "N.64", and eventually the "X-Box" when it was released later.) Places everywhere were selling N.E.S. and S.N.E.S. games for one dollar. My Buds all had a Sega and The best PC Games ever. I think I spent more time gaming then than I ever had at any point in time. Of All the Nintendo games that are exclusive to the 64's system I'm Pressed to pick a best one from those three. I honestly think that every game that's released for a particular system should make you happy you have that system. I cant Imagine "Sonic" being on the N.E.S. or Metal Gear on the N.64. Each system has its own talents. The games for that system should be "works of art" for that system reflective of its strengths.
But hey, that's me.
I have the "Triple-on-taunt" for my entry.
And I'm done. stick a fork in me.
