Well in grade 4 i made the badminton team and it was doubles. So we were practicing and the other team hit the birdie over my head and i swung and missed it. So my partner was behind me and she swung,missed, and somehow hit me on the bridge of the nose even though she was behind me. I think i actually broke my nose when that happened that day.

Hmmm...it was back in 6th grade in P.E.  Our teacher decided to let us play Extreme Frisbee.  Our team was about to win and the frisbee was coming to me.  I attempted to go for a diving catching but I missed.  I went down on the wall head first and someone by accident knee'd me in the head and I went into the wall again but I was knocked out.  I went to the emergency room and I suffered a concussion but the next day I was okay.

I don't think I've ever really said anything about this but I'm a semi pro/professional MMA fighter, I'm currently out on injury from training for my next fight... I came out with two very serious injuries both requiring surgery to repair, I ended up tearing both my ACL and MCL which has laid me up til right around December this year.

Kwojiba : Where do you train? I used to fight out of Cooper's/Institute of Martial Arts at Warren and Southfield. I did IKF Muay Thai and Hapkido but never did the MMA thing. The Hybnd stuff was still at its beginning stages when I was training. Its been like 8 years since a nasty groin injury put me out for awhile. It took almost 6 mos before I was back to 100% I ended up getting married and had kids sadly I never got back into it.

I've been scraped, bruised, bled, hit, and cut.
I usually try to avoid any contact sports (or any sports in general) because I get hurt very badly all the time. I've bitten a hole through my tongue before. Been knocked out nearly unconscious once. I've been beat up so many times I can't remember the last time I got hurt while playing a sport.

The last injury I had playing a sport was spraining my wrist really bad in basketball.  There was this kid that tried to block me, thankfully I got the shot off, but the kid sort of pushed me down and I landed really hard on my wrist.  I was out for at least 3 games.  Oh and by the way, I had over 60 assists that season, so get at me.

I just got my first sports injury about a month ago. During the first game of the playoffs for my ice hockey season, I got elbowed into the boards, and I think my shoulder popped out and then back in. Wasn't able to play for thw rest of the season, and still struggling to start this baseball season.
