Once this is all done with you should turn it into a novel

The content in this sim is kind of copyrighted by ABC (the lost characters, plot points, etc.) but maybe I could combine them all into a VIRTUAL novel available by wiring Viz to me? But then again, it's not going to be done for a LONG, LONG time.

[OPENING NARRATION]
That was the day I went to work… It was the day I started a series of fatal mistakes… Mistakes so small, that I didn’t even notice them until I look back now. The biggest fear I had when I went to the front mailbox then was that the package might be some sort of bomb. Or, it might’ve been a chemical or something intricately crafted to kill me.
But, when I opened it, there was a GPS with a full battery, programmed to preset coordinates… And, there was a uniform with my NAME on it. That freaked me out the most.
Now, I’ve started a mistake… It’s time to find out the rest of them.

Flashback
Ziggy walked into his house and put the uniform on the table. He looked at the GPS screen, and for some reason, it said “Turn right”… But the problem was, that led to the bathroom. Maybe it was broken, or maybe this was all a ridiculous prank… Or perhaps it was a setup like all those crappy horror movie flops where “the call is coming from inside the house”.
But, to his relief, the GPS miscalculated; it was just a digital hiccup which, seeing as this company was so secretive and advanced, shouldn’t have really happened. Ziggy went into the bathroom and changed into the uniform, trying to suppress logical thinking and trying not to panic about what insane ridiculous thing he was about to do.
His heart raced, and he turned the volume of the GPS to maximum as he stepped onto the asphalt parking lot and into his car. Ziggy stuck the GPS onto the windshield, started the car, and didn’t look back.
This was the second mistake.
When he pulled up to the headquarters after the GPS said “reached destination”, he jumped out of the car and locked it behind him. Mr. Valentine was standing in the glassy doorway with a smile.
VALENTINE: I knew you’d show.
ZIGGY: So, where and when exactly do I start working?
VALENTINE: This is your first day on the job, so I’ll give you a heads up. The first assignment will be developmental genetic research in Portland.
ZIGGY: Portland…? You mean, in Oregon?
VALENTINE: Well, not exactly in Portland. Your flight leaves in two and a half hours. We’ve packed supplies for you for the trip; here, have a soda.
Valentine handed a can of Coke to Ziggy, and insisted he drink it. Ziggy shrugged, maybe it was a gesture of kindness…
Mistake number three.
Back to Present
???: C’mon, there’s only a few seconds left of them not watching us! This is our chance!
ZIGGY: Alright, fine… But you’d better not screw this up!
The kid in the cage across from Ziggy got a rock and stuck his slim hand through the bars. He then pulled back and repeatedly bashed the rusty lock until the top hinge gave out. He forced the door open and sprinted towards Ziggy’s cage, breaking the lock as well and gesturing for Ziggy to hurry up.
Ziggy tackled the door and followed the kid into the woods. Maybe this would finally mean he could figure out what’s going on… Maybe this is the exact moment where he’d figure out everything, all of the secrets…
He kept running, not thinking anymore, and most certainly not looking back. In a series of mistakes, he just added another one to his list. The kid in front of him was thrown back by being hit in the face with a rifle. When he fell to the ground, Ziggy saw a short man a disheveled hairdo.
???: Where exactly do you think you’re going?


[NARRATION]
I’m always a good listener; usually, people talk to me and express their feelings, and I give them advice. But, right now, I’m sort of in trouble. I am at gun point, the people speaking to me most certainly don’t need advice, and I’m definitely going to be the best damn listener on earth if I want to get out of here with all of my limbs intact.

How did it come down to this?

iBOCK, trembling, sat at the edge of the bed and took a deep breath. He was staring at a slightly short man with round glasses and neatened hair; a man with a pretty expensive-looking and powerful gun.
iBOCK: I’ll listen… Tell me, tell me about the secrets.
Benjamin Linus: Good, I knew you’d wise up. Penny, you can leave the room; you don’t need to hear any of this.
PENNY: Oh, fine. Don’t kill him, please. We might need him for something.
Penny left the room and shut the door behind her. Benjamin Linus put the gun down next to him and slowly plopped into a chair. He was a safe enough distance away to not be a frightening little imp, but still iBOCK was a little intimidated; the man had a gun, after all.
Benjamin Linus: This Island is wonderful; it gave us all a second chance, we can be anything we want to be. But, there will be corruption in this little paradise. And, someone you trust is definitely someone who you should avoid.
iBOCK: Who? Tell me who they are!
Benjamin Linus: Oh, this is going to be amusing…. Just sit tight, and let me continue. You remember when you woke up on the island and you found that stack of notebooks in the wreckage? That was planted so we’d be able to get you in our sights and catch you. We need you for something big, and the secret is, the traitor among the group you stuck with is going to try to kill everyone on this island.
iBOCK: What exactly do I have to do?
iBOCK began to fidget; a traitor? Who would betray them all, when there’s no gain to be had? He began to think of the people he met recently on the island, but none of them seemed suspicious; at least, not the crew of people he was with at the beginning, anyway.
Benjamin Linus: I’ll give you a hint; she started crying, and nobody helped her but you.
FADE OUT

[NARRATION]
We finally found our means of escape. This little sub pod… Thingy… It was our way to get the hell out of here and possibly get some more answers on what has happened. Honestly, why were we captured when the only thing remotely interesting in this place is the charred plane wreckage?
I dunno, it’s all a mystery to Roy and I, but whatever.

Flashback- BennyMD
The street was dark and cold; the only thing that kept BennyMD from thinking he was in an endless sea of space was the fact that there were streetlamps lighting the way. When he marched on, the snow crunched under his boots. When he happily walked into the wintry expanse, he was quickly disturbed by someone whispering gibberish.
BENNYMD: Who’s there?
???: … It’s a godly light; a light like the sun… A light like the brightest star in the world.
BENNYMD: What…?
???: … You have to find her. Karin is out there…
Flashback- Roy
Roy walked into the precinct and plopped into the chair behind his desk; he then turned on the desktop and lay back, no worries today--- it was payday.
Then, one of his partners sprinted up to his desk in a panic.
WILTHOR: Roy, you’ve got to come back to the morgue, they’ve found some evidence you might want to check out.
ROY: Uh oh…
Back to present
BENNYMD: Get in!
BennyMD hopped into the vehicle without hesitation, and Roy wasn’t too far behind. When they closed the lid to it, a bunch of buttons lit up.
ROY: Oh, sweet Jesus. What the hell are all these buttons?!
BENNYMD: Well, there’s a big-ass red one that says “don’t press”, maybe that’s the button that’ll magically teleport us to Narnia?
ROY: Oh, c’mon, just press all the other ones.
BennyMD pressed all the buttons around the blinking red one, and they felt an odd shaking motion; a coat of metal vanished in front of them and now they could see through a strong window of glass. It was mostly just the blue depths, with occasional rocks and underwater plants.
Finally, they’d taken the next step toward their escape.


[NARRATION]
This is it; this is my way out. Screw that stupid machine, I don’t need it. I took swimming in high school, so this should be a cinch. I just hope the water isn’t too chilly…

[END OF NARRATION]
Jigsaw jumped in without thinking and he felt warmer than the air on the surface when he dove under. He began swimming forward, because hopefully that would be the way back to the island. It was odd; he didn’t feel like he was losing breath when he pushed forward with all his strength. When he got farther forward, a weird noise began to fade in. It sounded like screeching, but in a deep tone.
He checked around in a panic, but nothing was there. There were no sharks, so that was eliminated immediately. But, when he looked back in front of him, he saw a black cloud of something flying toward him at breakneck speed.

I will tackle the man and take his gun. Then if possible, kick him in the face a couple of times.

OH SCREW IT.

*Smashes red button with {russian accent} GREAT FORCE!! {/russian accent}*

Good decision. You just saved both you yourself and Roy from a dangerous accident that might've gotten in the way.

Vizzed Isle Episode 21

[OPENING NARRATION]
A gun was pointed directly at my head; all logical thinking completely ceased to function and I could barely finish a full thought. What would I do? Would I just give up and be sent back to that cage, or would I actually stand up for myself and get the hell out of this place? I don’t even know where I am, if I escape from this guy, where exactly am I going to turn to? Oh geez, there’s so much crap to decide and I have barely three seconds to make up my mind. All I know is that I seriously don’t feel very inclined to die…

Flashback-
Mistakes were made, but no mistake was bigger than when he took Valentine’s offer of a cold drink. The can was closed, so how exactly did it knock Ziggy out? Were these soft drinks already prefilled with tranquilizers? What a twisted version of Diet Coke that was…
Roughly six hours later, Ziggy was rudely awakened by a heavy tremor-like shaking. His eyes flew open and he tried to move his hands, but he was completely strapped down in a plain white bed; when he struggled and moved his neck, he saw Mr. Valentine staring up at him with a forced smile.
VALENTINE: Don’t worry; the end of the trip is a little bumpy. That’s why you were secured in so you wouldn’t fly up and hit the ceiling.
ZIGGY: Wow, how long was I knocked out… And, what was in that soda? It tasted kind of funny.
VALENTINE: It was a mild tranquilizer mix; it was so you wouldn’t panic on the way to the destination.
This disturbed Ziggy; they deliberately knocked him out by drugging him and then Valentine stuffed him in some random bed in a random vehicle traveling to godknowswhere land. Why did he even agree to this? When he looked back, he realized how ridiculous all of this was. A man in a suit from some random corporation named Madacorp just happens to find Ziggy in a Bookstore, in a pinpoint specific place that was roughly ten blocks from his house, in the midst of millions of other people. This was obviously no coincidence, this was a deliberate act of indoctrinating him into a wondrously ridiculously secretive society completely separate from his own; he was now in unchartered territory…
ZIGGY: You gave me a tranquilizer? Why? If you told me everything, I’d know what to expect and I would definitely not panic.
VALENTINE: Don’t worry; it’s just a preventative measure.
Back to Present
A man stood in front of him with a gun, aiming and ready to fire. With a burst of adrenaline, Ziggy lunged forward and ceased all logical thinking and took the gun from the man. Without hesitation, Ziggy fired three times, took the gun, and ran onward. He was going to escape, even if he had to mow down anyone in his way.


But, more importantly, he was going to get back at Valentine for all the horrible things he’d caused.


[NARRATION]
I couldn’t believe what I was hearing; the woman I aided, Belial, was the traitor all along. Then again, how could I believe some random man about who’s betraying who, when he’s threatening to kill me without hesitation if I don’t cooperate? Jesus, I’m really stuck between a rock and a hard place. Maybe if I listen, he’ll let me go, but at this point, if I keep listening to what he has to say, I might go insane with paranoia.
I really don’t know who to believe anymore.

Benjamin Linus: Now that I’ve told you, will you follow me and take down the person who betrayed you, or do you not believe me?
iBOCK: Well, it’s…. It’s kind of hard to believe someone who is trying to kill me; maybe I was just grown up the old fashioned way, but when people say “there’s a traitor” and that person is personally trying to murder you, trust isn’t at an all-time high in that scenario….
Benjamin Linus: True; but, I don’t really intend to kill you; I just wanted to see if you’d be scared into following anything if your life was in danger… And apparently you’re really afraid of dying.
iBOCK: That’s kind of a cruel way of making someone listen to you; of course I’m going to be afraid of someone who wired a watch to my heart to make it explode.
Benjamin Linus: That’s the thing; it’s a normal watch, I just set it to a stopwatch and set it up to see if you’d cooperate. And, you did. You can take the watch off, now.
iBOCK: I’m kind of afraid to. What says taking this watch won’t instantaneously kill me? I kinda don’t want to test those odds….
Benjamin Linus: Just do it… I promise it won’t kill you.



[NARRATION]
Holy crap! So many buttons are all over the place! Oh jeez… What do I press? Maybe I’ll ask him to press them so I won’t be at fault if we do something wrong; hehe… Yeah.

Out of pure impulse, Roy and BennyMD pressed the flashing red button at the same exact time. At first, it did nothing, but then a screen with a radar popped up. Two dots were blinking while making loud beeping noises. When BennyMD looked out the window and saw nothing, he eased up and took a deep breath. But then, he saw Jigsaw swimming by in a panic, and a cloud of black smoke flew by.
BennyMD: JESUS CHRIST!
BennyMD noticed that when Roy pressed the button again, the black smoke faded, the vehicle went to the surface, and Jigsaw swam up as well.

ROY: Talk about a close call…..
