There is a version of a hacked Resident Evil Director's Cut with the uncensored beginning and the changes (such as smoking and the aforementioned beginning) added back into it. I don't know how to go about requesting this, but it is a big hassle now for me to get offline and I figured I would at least try to request it here since I am making more of an effort play on here.

I did a basic search for this on here, and the only thing that exists is of course the original game and the normal Director's Cut. This is a mod that adds everything that was censored in even the Director's Cut back in.

Do I tell the link? Cause it can be found Isozone and Emuparadise... To me it seems silly to provide a link cause than I just assume that people would tell me to emulate it myself :/ I like to assume things... It's a problem I go through!

I noticed that Suzuki Bakuhatsu for the PS1 isn't yet in the RGR. Yes, it's a Japan exclusive game, but I think that if we add it to here, it might get a bit more love. And who knows? Someone might even make a translation guide so that people who can't understand Japanese can finally know what's on all those hint pads.
