I forget about them a lot. They definitely get longer than they should be allowed to grow before I clip them. I normally do when I notice they are constantly dirty, or when they are constantly bothering me. Sounds kind of gross, but they really aren't like disgustingly long before I clip them. I estimate between 3-4 weeks.

I don't, because I have a nail biting problem. I really wish I didn't. For me it's been really hard to overcome. I won't bite for like two weeks, and then something stressful will happen, or I'll become totally distracted, and bite/pick them off. It's gross.
