I think Naruto is too immature, but then a again Goku is very kiddish. I still prefer Goku since I prefer his powers/abilities and he has a good attitude and is overall a cool guy with how he treats others.

Goku could easily defeat Naruto.  If Goku wanted to, he could blow up the planet and not even break a sweat.  (Even Master Roshi had the power to blow up the moon and he's nowhere near Goku's power level)  Naruto just doesn't have that kind of power at his disposal. They are both powerful warriors, but Goku is on a whole other level.
