If you could make a video game that would be a guaranteed, sure-fire hit, and you had access to unlimited resources and an incredible development team, what genre would it be?

I'd probably make a traditional or action RPG like Final Fantasy and the Legend of Zelda, respectively. I love games with an engaging story, great gameplay, and incredible music.

My favorite game genre is fighting...so my DREAM game would be based off EVERY fighting game character created, Tekken, Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter, Marvel (to name a few) combined into 1 arcade 3 vs 3 showdown!!! With over thousands of characters to choose from...this will be a guaranteed success!

It would more than likely be a JRPG with a somehow innovative battle style. Though I would focus a lot more on the story itself rather than the gameplay.

My dream game would be a free roam, adventure styled, rpg. The story would have this huge background, and would take longer to beat than oblivion. It would be rather difficult to beat even a small side mission. Hardly any newer games are challenging, that needs to change.

I would make a free-roaming rpg adventure. Take The Legend of Dragoon, Fallout 3, Final Fantasy 3/6 (they really got that messed up), Bioshock, Pokemon, and with a hint of Jade Cocoon into a blender and haul out a good free-roaming adventure game. I actually got some of the concept work but I am missing the appropriate resources to complete it.

The game is before guns btw.
