I don't like twilight. At least not the movies. I hear the books are a lot better. The movies to me are ultimately very corny and camp. I do not like how it really changed the way vampires and werewolves are. They're supposed to be scarier and darker, and just more mythical and legendary which contributes to the terror. Plus I just I don't like that it is a teen drama. I really dislike teen dramas. Plus there are just too many of them.

I don't get its appeal. At ALL. As a writer, I'm just disgusted by its popularity. =/ Stephenie Meyer can't write. I've seen parts of the movies, too, and they're laughable. Such BAD acting. Though I can't really blame Robert or Kristen - they don't have much to work with. =|

My first language isn't English, and I bet I know way more vocabulary than Meyer.

Also, I haven't seen anybody touch on the subject, but the Twilight books are completely sexist. To the point of a girl wanting to throw herself down a cliff because her guy left her? Completely stupid, in my opinion.
