Ohh, that a tough one, I'd probably like to live in Cherrygorve, Its a small town, a somewhat short way from Elm's Lab, but still has a Poke-Center and Mart.  And it's on a beach!

I would choose Driftviel from B/W since it is the only city in the Franchise that has a market that sells food that isn't Moo Moo Milk plus you could play hockey in the Cold Storage south of town.

I would want to live in Saffron City in the Kanto region, I don't really know why but I have always been drawn to that place in the games and I loved when Ash was there in the anime. The funny thing is I moved recently to a place called Cherry Grove and in the Johto region there is a city called Cherrygrove City. I will make sure to keep my eyes peeled for any wild Pokémon lol

Why must ya'll ask such hard questions?  XD  Lavender Town, I would have to say.  Love the music.  I visit the House of Memories every time I go there in SoulSilver.  And Mr. Fuji's house with all the volunteers in it taking care of abandoned Pokemon just warms me up inside.  And I love the color lavender... Go Kanto and all it's cities named after colors!
