I never made it to

Cyorg in Majora's Mask

Bart VS the Space Mutants, because I gave up, I can't stand having 3 lives and no continues to go through a whole game. I made it to Kang and Kodos, but then I died and went to the beginning of the game.

I didn't beat King K. Rool on Donkey Kong 64.

I didn't beat Bowser in Super Mario World.

I didn't beat Wart in Super Mario Bros. 2.

Otherwise, I beat EVERY boss I came across.

well it has to be the final boss on kingdom hearts chain of memories last boss(the pink haired dude with the pink scythe thing)im at my last lvl and still cant beat him

also the secret boss(brolly) from dbz saiyans attack of the saiyans for DS i have goku lvl 85,gohan lvl 82,pic lvl 80 and everyone else lvl 75 but still cant beat him i beat vegeta but still not

XxChaosxX : i have beaten Emerald and Ruby Weapon and Zodiark but i don't have the patience to take down Yiazmat 50 million HP and Instant Death are enough to ruin an entire day, so Yiazmat and Omega Mark XII remain, to this day, the only unbeaten Boss type creatures in any game that i own FFXII was epic

The one boss I never defeated was the damn ray on the Sirena Beach level of Super Mario Sunshine. There were way too many of them by the time you turned it all into smaller ones, and they flung you around like a pinball. I beat them recently, but to me it was impossible to beat until then.

The only boss that I have never defeated was the Metroid Prime from, you guessed it, Metroid Prime! I got to the second part of the fight and got my @$$ handed to me. I swear I've never been beaten so badly in any game ever. Though one day I'll go back to him and actually beat him... one day...
