Salamence is a great Pokémon and he has excellent attack stats, mostly in part because he  is a dragon type and they have all other high resistance to almost all other types. It has an extremely high attack of 405 and it has a good hp of 394 which are both very high. I used one in fire red generations a hack and it is really amazing, it has awesome stats and it is very strong when trained correctly. He is a perfect addition to my dragon team. I rate it a 10 out of 10 because it is just very strong and full of great stats, a very good Pokémon to have on a team. I like using it and I think that it goes good with other dragons on a team like garchomp and flygon or basically any other dragon, its only weak stat is special defense and defense at 284, not that bad though, and it shouldn't matter with the high attack!

So it can learn a lot of great moves when it evolves.
