zanderlex : I'd give Jirachi an 8 out of 10. It is very cute, and is a decent legendary Pokemon. I have only had a Jirachi in-game once myself, but it was pretty good.

Weedle is pretty useless on its own. Almost no attacks, very weak stats, almost impossible that it breaks free from a Pokeball... It's a Pokemon meant to evolve, and while Beedrill may be more or less useful, now that it has a Mega Evolution it's quite a weapon to use if you need a Bug type in your team.

Weedle shall receive a 2/10. It's rival Caterpie will always be on the heart of the fans that got to see the very first anime episodes (man, I feel old saying this).

Next Pokemon to rate shall be Metapod.

Feraligatr is very useful in physical, one of my favorite pokemon. However, incorrectly use of it can lead to... the failing parts.

Absol is kind of overrated. Pretty strong attacker but lackluster speed and poor defenses / HP cause it to die in one or two hits. Love the design though and the myth surrounding it is cool as well. 7/10

I may not be the right one to rate Mudkip, considering that it's my favorite. Mudkip doesn't have much to offer, because it's a starter and meant to evolve quickly. But it does have both a water and a ground type move, and I love the design a lot. 9/10.
