Yeah running is great not only physically but mentally too. I encourage everyone to get out and run once in a while.

I'm actually pretty impressed with you guys. I have always hated running, and it makes it hard for me to do so. I don't like waking up early just for a run, and I detest running in the heat. Maybe I'm just a whiner, but I think if you can make a pretty good sprint that should be good enough in this day and age.
