Have you ever been betrayed by a person that you consider him or her as a friend?
If yes, how did you feel about that and why do you think he or she did that to you?

Yes i been betrayed by two friends one each 2 years ago me and my girlfriend was at a party with my friends we all was kina drunk. i was playing beer pong outside with friends my girlfrind was inside mixing drinks for everybody and one of my friends went inside and made a pass at her . she didnt tell me till the next day, but after that we were never friends with him again. anyways my other friend that betrayed me was about 5yrs ago i was away on a vacation with my family when one of my friends broke into my house to still my dvd player to pawn so he can get some drugs some of my other friends told me who it was, he finnally confesed that he did. he offered to give me the money back but i refused to take it. i just told him he needs to go to rehab. were somewhat still friends he just one of my friends thats a drug addict

man i have had to many scandolous people around me that i thought were friends.
i can relate to micheals post i had a "homie" come to my house when i left to work and steal a dvd player, my wallet(he left my id how thoughtful), and my dads girfriends laptop. So as a result i got kicked out. and i never saw him again because he got locked up for all kinds of stuff like 3 days later. and i had known this dude for like 7-8 years . just goes to show you always keep your eyes open and if you notice someone being shady too anybody just now they can do it to you too.

I have been betrayed by someone who was a good friend of mine at school. I don't know why he betrayed me and being mean to me. It is like that we were never friends but enemies.

I hate it when you ask about something you know they did, and they lie about it. It's just a complete violation of trust. You think that they're a good enough friend so you tell them everything, but then when you ask them to confess or confide in you, and they don't, it just feels like you can't trust them anymore. Like everything you ever told them was a waste of time and that you're completely vulnerable.

I have never been betrayed personally but my girlfriend has. It happened twice and with here best friend. I'm not going to go into the details but it had a devastating effect on her. They ended up making up but I still have my doubts about her friend :/

I once met a guy in school that I became friends with because
he was new to the school.
The very next day, the cool kids asked if he wanted to come
join them, and he ditched me in a nanosecond.

He was mean to me everytime I saww him after that.

While I'm honestly one of the most loyal people I know (not very humble though), I can remember ME being the one to betray my friend once, haha.

He was a complete douche though. It was grade 8, and he and I had a little spying business. We'd steal girls notes that they pass in class (this was wayyy before all kids had cell phones), but I started to really like one girl. You see my friend didn't treat me well, so eventually my loyalty turned more toward to the girl, as she and I started sending notes back and forth.

Finally, he saw me get a note from her, so he asked if I could see it, but it was a very personal note! So I quickly wrote a fake one (as we had learned to imitate other people's hand writing). However, he noticed the paper wasn't the same as the real one, and called my bluff.

Anyway, I guess the girl turned my loyalty... I felt ashamed. Haha.

This sums my answer up.

I really got hurt when she said it to me face to face... yeah, worst feeling ever. And even though I hate to admit it, I'm still mad at her although a lot of years have already passed by.

My life's story. Except I'm the girl, and after she apologized to me, the same thing happened again.

Yes, this guy was my best friend in grade 2-6, but then I've noticed most of my stuff was missing (i.e At least 200 Yu-Gi-Oh cards, my DS, Super Mario 64, and my Sega Saturn[I have no idea how I didn't notice that it was gone.]) Anyways, when I was at his house, I've noticed that stuff under his bed while he went to the bathroom. Then it became sour, after 2 years (Now), him and one of his new friends destroyed my cabin...

I've been betrayed plenty of people, though those are rather trivial. One big one though is sort of a in the middle kind of thing... it's so hard to explain.
Basically, my best friend liked the person i liked and i guess just by how he never told me and just kept it away from me until I moved away was in a way sort of a betrayal to me. I mean, i guess he probably meant well but i just felt somewhat betrayed by the fact that he just went along with what I said to him all the time about how i liked her. And now we barely talk to each other :/

Too many so called friends betrayed me through the years. This is why you only look at having few friends in life and be lucky if they go pass 5 friends total. I'm serious, people will lie to you, con you, and fool you, but once they got you, then there plan has worked and you become sadly mistaken to find out they aren't your friend at all. Just a lesson in life that will be learned by many of you all.
