What is more important to a pizza place? The Dough? Or the Cheese?

If I'm being honest, it's a bit of both, not just one or other. If you have crappy dough, but good cheese, it's still going to be considered a bad pizza by quite a few people, same goes vice versa. Now if you have good cheese AND good dough, or heck, even decent cheese and decent dough, you my friend have made a pizza that is worth eating.

(I know that the question asked for one or the other, however in my opinion it really can't be one or the other, it has to be both)

I'd say sauce is the most important part of a Pizza is the sauce so no matter what were talking about the 2nd most important part and I think the 2nd most important part has to be the dough cause cheese can be average or slightly bad and I probably won't notice as easily as I will if the dough is bad.
