Graphics ~ 9/10
The graphics of this game are brilliant, for a classic game.
If you walk, this is just looking that you're walking in the game, and that's a good part of this game.
The character design is also looking awesome, the Bomberman people are looking great, especially that you can choice between nine different characters in multiplayer modes. Some of them are: Fat Bomberman, Girl Bomberman, Old Bomberman etc.
New ideas are also into this game including the ability to ride a kangaroo (Which is looking almost the same as Yoshi.) into single player and multiplayer modes. This makes you stronger and its very handy to use a kangaroo.
The power ups are looking obvious, you can see pretty easy, which power up is good or bad.
Like the skull one, you can see directly that it's bad, which is pretty nice in my opinion.
There are in single player mode also bosses, the design of them is very funny like the Banana boss.
I can't stop laugh if I see that boss!
Total there are ten areas in multiplayer mode, you can choose between them, into single player modes you need to follow the story so that means you can't
select an area. Some of the areas are: a jungle area, a sea area, an ice place etc. All of the areas are looking smashing!
Overall I think this game has splendid graphics, I really appreciate them.

The sound is not that bad but could be a little better, if I hear the sound, I love it because it's sounds really classic, which is great if you ask me.
The main reason why it's a little worse is because the sound in every area is the same at multiplayer mode.
Lucky in single player mode, the sound isn't the same everywhere, which is a lot better in my opinion. Every area has a different sound, I love the jungle one the most because that sound gives me a burning spirit and fills me with compassion. If that is so, I really love to keep on with the game and I'll not give up, that makes the sound good. The jungle sound also makes me cheery, with that, I'll feel very happy.
Overall I think the sound is good, I should loved the sound more if multiplayer mode has more different sounds into the game. I just enjoy the fact, if there are some different sounds in the game.
Addictiveness ~ 8/10
Another nice part of this game, this game is very fun to play, especially if you play with more people, because then you want to beat your friends/rivals all the time! You can enjoy the game so very much if you play with more, it's just a fact to play with friends is very fun! Sadly there are only ten areas to beat, so you need to repeat some in multiplayer mode. But still you can't be easy bored.
In single player mode you must beat the evil ones, so that means you must never give up, that's a way to win, you can also practise with your friends, these are some tips to become better, both helped for me, I'm even better now!
Overall I think the addictiveness is amazing because you always love to play with your friends. Multiplayer is better than single player at this part.
Story ~ 6/10
Aww.. that's really sad, multiplayer mode doesn't have a story.. but single player has!
The Bomberman people of Bomber Planet lived in peace and protected by five spirits, until... the evil ones (kind of a robot army) came to the Planet. Through the fact that the evil ones came to the Planet, the five spirits were destroyed, splitting Bomber Planet into five pieces! It's your job as Bomberman to restore the Bomberman Planet and to defeat the evil ones! To do this, you must defeat a lot enemies. This is a long journey but for sure you can beat it! In my opinion, the intro let us see the story a little, that's pretty nice.
Many games have a story like this, a lot of Mario games for instance.
That's a little sad because I really love to see a story which is completely original.
Overall I think the story could be better, like adding something new which isn't in other games.
I also loved to see a story for multiplayer mode, I think it would be very awesome to play a new story with your friends.
Depth ~ 7/10
This game has good offers, like defeating your friends and enemies. Also it's really great to devise a strategy and if you try yours out. Every time you can think about a strategy, which is wonderful.
But there isn't a lot to do, at single player mode. You can beat it, if you are really amazing in Bomberman in one hour and some more minutes! Which is really short in my opinion.
In multiplayer mode is also not very much to do, you can only play together with your friends.
This could be a little more extensive, than you can do something more.
Overall I think this could be better as well, but it isn't that worse, every game has positive and negative parts into it.
Difficulty ~ 7/10
The games starts easy at single player mode, but becomes more difficult later, which is brilliant to do in my opinion because if a game starts to hard, it wouldn't be fun anymore and you don't get a feeling that you want to keep on with the game. It's also smashing that this game isn't too easy or too hard. Personally I think the difficulty is average, which is good.
In multiplayer mode, there isn't really a difficulty, every player is different so the one is hard to beat and the other is easy to beat. Still there are some COM players, they act in the game really stupid if you ask me because sometimes they kill themselves.
Overall I think that the difficulty is awesome in single player mode, this is one of the best games if you look at difficulty.

This Game was really fun to play, challenging sometimes for me because I'm not very good into this game. I think that this Bomberman game is the best of the whole world. < Yeah I can say that easy, this is the only Bomberman game that I've played so far, but I think I'll play some more Bomberman games because it's a fact that I really loved this game.
The best thing in this game is that you can play with your friends, which is super amazing in my opinion of course.
I highly recommend that you try this game out, it's definitely worth playing. :)

Bomberman '94 review! SacredShadow
Hey guys, it's Razor-987 here with another review! Today I will be reviewing Bomberman '94 which came out for the Turbo Grafx system. This game was released for the pc engine in December of 1993 but it finally became available to the mega drive and genesis systems in 1994. I think this is a fun little game to play and perhaps my favorite bomberman game.Now without further a do, let's get on to the review!
Gameplay:
As always, I want to hit the gameplay before anything else, overall I think the gameplay for this game is pretty solid and thorough in this game and throughout the series. In this game you have the option to ride on kangaroos, but it is your call and you don't have to. Depending on the color you get, you can do different things like kick bombs over blocks or jump over them. If you are hit with one you do get another life but you lose your kangaroo unfortunately. Nevertheless, the gameplay is fairly simple and basic. The game features 6 areas, from a volcano, a jungle, a haunted castle, an ice level and the asteroid layer of Bagular at the end. Then of course there is multiplayer mode which can hold up to 5 players so it is the perfect opportunity to play it with a group of friends which is the best way to get the full enjoyment out of the game. There are 10 stages in the single player mode which will go in order, so you can't pick which one you are going to play, and then you can play off of those 10 stages in multiplayer mode which is cool since you have a variety of places to pick from. Other than that, there really isn't much more to say about the gameplay, so without any further interruptions, back to the review!
Graphics: 8
Considering that this is a classic game, the graphics are pretty good and each of the bomberman character sprites look pretty nice as well. What I liked most about the graphics was the precision, it was down to the smallest detail and it looked great. You could see the expressions on character's faces and you could also make out all the small details put into making this game look great. I think that the graphics of this game are a pretty major contribution to this game. There are 10 different areas in the game ranging from an ice level to a jungle level even to a volcano one, all of which have some pretty good graphics. Overall I like and appreciate the precise detail put into every little thing in this game, it is really the little things in a game like this that you really don't notice that really make a great game, well....great. Altogether I ended up scoring it an 8 because the graphics are actually pretty good and I like the little details put into everything. I honestly thought that the graphics wouldn't turn out so detail oriented just by looking at it from a first glance, but as I played it, I really paid attention to all the little effort put into each of the stages of the game, so I think it came out quite nicely graphic wise.
Sound: 5
To be honest, the sound of this game was rather simple and the effects are also very simplistic as well. One thing I would like to point out are the sound of the bomb blasts which sound rather weak and small which I found rather strange. One reason why I scored it rather low is because it is repetitive and it is the same all throughout each and every stage, I don't have anything against the music itself but after a while it just gets dull and boring after listening to the same tune over and over, if they switched it up a bit and gave different music for each stage, i would've bumped it up a few points. think they maybe could've put a little more effort into the sound of this game and tried to make it sound more realistic and defined, but I guess it isn't that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things. I would've scored it higher if the sound was more realistic and strong, but nevertheless I kept it a neutral score of 5 because it didn't really wow me, but it was just enough to at least get a semi-decent score. As far as music goes, it isn't really memorable or overly special so I figured it best to just leave that at a neutral score as well. Maybe a bit more effort could've been put in to have catchier music and maybe more defined sound, but nevertheless, it isn't the whole aspect of importance in the game, but it would've been nice to have. I will say that I do get that classic game feel when I play this game which is a nice feeling.
Addictiveness: 8
As far as addictiveness goes, I find this game pretty re playable. I will say though, I think you can really get the most out of this game with the multiplayer mode, I always think that you can get the most fun out of it if you play it with a buddy. In multiplayer mode you have to defeat each other with bombs, even though it sounds rather simple, believe it or nor it is quite addicting. Overall I find this to be one of the high points in this game, it is a simple game and it is easy to pick up on which I think heavily contribute to why it is so addicting, therefore I gave it an 8 for addictiveness. While it is fun both as a single player and multiplayer, I recommend playing it with a friend so you can truly get the most fun out of it. I also think it is more fun because you can create your own devious strategy to defeat your friends which is always fun, nonetheless, I think it is certainly the best way to get the most out of this game, but I will say that I was pretty intrigued by the single player mode as well
Story: 5
There really isn't that much to the story in this game to be honest, The plot of this game starts where you find that his planet has been shattered into 5 pieces which was caused by the evil Bagular and his army of robots, after the planet is shattered,all you really do is go through five zones with different themes and within them you will have to find the available tablet in each stage, and once you have gone through all 5 of them, you will then face the boss. The single player mode of this game features you walking around a screen that is much like a grid and you blow up blocks to earn power ups and advance. But the most important thing to do in each level is to destroy the core mecha units which are the crystal ball things in each level which will grant you access to the way to get the tablet. It may not seem like much but it is fun and it has a simple storyline for a simple game and I think it works out pretty well in the end. Its certainly not a plot that will blow you away, but it is better than nothing. So overall I left it at a neutral score of 5 as far as the story of the game goes.
Depth: 5
This game isn't a long game to beat at all and it should take relatively little time to beat. Not to say that it doesn't offer much or that it isn't fun, but it is a rather simple and quick game that isn't meant to take weeks to beat. As I mentioned before, I think the best way to maximize all you can get out of this game is by playing with one or more friends, in the turbografx version you can have up to 5 players which is pretty cool while you can only have up to 4 on the Mega drive console, you also have 10 different stages to pick from to play against your friends which is a nice bonus because you are given a variety of places to go. The main differences between the two would be the better graphics introduced in the Mega drive since it is the more powerful of the two, and there are also a few changes in the soundtrack. Overall I think this game offers just enough for it to be both fun and addicting to play either by yourself or with some friends, which is why I scored it a 5 overall, it isn't a game that should span out and take a long time to beat, but it is still fun and worth your time to try out. I beat the game in about an hour and a half or so and it was pretty enjoyable for that duration of time, but after that I really didn't know what to do with m time after beating it. So I think they could've maybe put extra stuff in the game to keep you interested even after beating it in single player, but that's just me. All games are different.
Difficulty: 6
Going along with what I said for the depth portion, this game isn't extremely hard, like most games it starts off rather easy and it gets more difficult as you progress through the game. I think it is exactly the way it should be, it should start out easy but then get a little harder gradually as you get through the game because it will keep you interested and it will also keep things new and interesting rather than stale if it was easy all the way through. Plus, if it was hard at the very beginning because then it would be to difficult to pick up on and it would discourage people from playing any further. I think this game is pretty well balanced as far as difficulty goes, it is enough to keep you interested and keep things fresh by adding in a challenge or two, but it isn't hard to the point where it makes you want to rage quit and discourage you from ever playing again. Multiplayer mode is a different story though, you are playing against friends and you really don't know what to expect since everyone is different and probably has their own strategy, so it is exciting because you can't plan out what is going to happen, which is where the unpredictability factor comes into play. Overall, I scored it a 6 for difficulty, it is like any normal game in the sense that it progressively gets harder as you make your way through the game, which is basically how most classic/ arcade games work anyway.
Overall: 8.2
All in all this was a fun little game to play and I assure you will have fun with the experience of getting through the single player mode. I think this is certainly one of the best Bomberman games and I would probably rank it up there with Saturn Bomberman which was also pretty close with this one, nonetheless though, I think you should give this game a shot and play it and I am sure you will enjoy it. If you happen to beat it which shouldn't take very long considering there are only a few levels, you can always play with your friends, so grab 4 of your buddies and start bombing them! For a simple, yet classic game, I got a pretty good kick out of this game and had more fun with it than I expected, so you never know, it just might be worth your time to play it!

I think that the graphics for the game are pretty good for the time period. You can't really say that the graphics are bad too, because it's an older game. I think that the game is clear, and what I mean by that is the game is not blury and is clear. It's not hard to see it, it's easy to play because the graphics are good. It's not like bad Graphics but not good.
Overall I give the Graphics a "7".
Sound
Sound I pretty solid, but the only problem is it sometimes gets a little bad, but not to bad. The music on the other hand is mostly clear except when you load up the game. I would say that the music sounds better then a lot other old games it's age. I'd say that the sound is better than the Graphics.
Overall I give the Sound a "8".
Addictive
The game is addictive to play, I love to play the game a lot, and I think that it's really addictive game to play because when you one round, you want to play more. The game is Addictive enough were I would give it a high rating to say it's a 8, but I think I will talk about this a little bit more. It's addictive, but I think that if you play it to much it will be less addictive. But personally I think game is an 8 for addictive.

The game is pretty hard, (Mostly because I'm not good at the game) I mean I do play against my Dad aka Davideo7: but I even do bad against the CPU, I win but it's like 5-3. The game is hard so I give this a Difficulty of 8. The game is hard and all but it's not super hard.

I love.the game, it's my favorite game on Vizzed so yeah, I have played the game a lot so I know what to rate it, I'd give it a high rating because I think that the game has a good concept with the kangaroos and the the kangaroos are a good idea. I have a lot to say about the game, this is my first review too, but I just like the game and to play it so I think I will give the Rating a 9, the game is good and is my favorite game on Vizzed.com so I will give the game a nine. The game is mostly strategy and the only luck is getting items from the blocks. So Overall I gave the game a "9" for rating.
