Simple and (more or less) fun lolid23
Why nobody plays this game? While it´s true that this game is not very fun, that doesn´t mean it doesn´t deserve attention :
Graphics : Forget what I said the last time, MOST of the things in this game look 64-bit like, the robot fish (the second boss in the game), the final boss itself, the bombs of that cave and more things... I know it took me some time to realize this, but this game looks AWESOME when compared to most GBA games.
Story : Who hasn´t heard of spongebob ? the famous sponge has some good games on the GBA, each one with a (more or less) good story, in this game spongebob travels around the sea just because of the birthday of his friend, Patrick, so the story is actually very weird, and that makes it good, still, who would be crazy enough to risk his life because of something like that? either way, there are a few other things that happen during the game, a TV stops working and spongebob has to fix it, he gets eaten by a whale and other events, it´s also Sunday and Squidward, the character who hates spongebob, tells him to stay away from him as far as he can, that´s why he does a big journey here.
Difficulty : The game is not very hard but some levels are actually slightly hard, maybe not very hard levels, but they are still hard.
Sound : more or less, the sounds aren´t the best but the music sounds better than the sounds itself in my opinion, once again, not the best music but still sounds good.
Depth : not a very long game, but not the shortest game actually, the game also lets you use passwords to continue the game if you want to continue later, some players mighty hate this however, since the game can't save data, you will ALWAYS need a password to continue, but that makes the game awesome, at least to me, instead of saving, you have to memorize (or write in a piece of paper) a password, and if you lose the paper or forget the password, you have to start from the beginning, which makes the game ''harder''.
Addictiveness :a bit addictive, but not very much.
With all of that said, we can say that this game is good and bad at the same time, is neither really good and really bad but whatever, every person has it´s own opinion, so, this may be horrible to some people, but either way, the previous things said are my opinion, and my opinion says that this game is worth playing, and besides, the game, like I said, is short, so giving it a chance doesn't use much time.
