Funny. I don't really see why I need to calm down. I haven't done anything wrong. I just don't see why things need to be brought up in a random thread thinking that somehow that person isn't going to see it.

I think it's funny that people post personal life drama stuff on a gaming site thinking that everyone else just has to "like" it and kiss their behinds because of who they hang out with or whom they date.

I find it sad though that said person whom happens to have a couple of these drama filled posts disliked gets so whiney about said situation that they have their admin boyfriend look up who was disliking their posts so they can flame the person publicly on the Discord server...

and to put the icing on the cake, post about it a month later in a random thread in a passive aggressive manner thus causing EVEN MORE drama. Seems like this person likes to stir up drama that isn't there...

Not to mention how tacky it is that you openly state that you are using ad blocker programs. Hard for David to pay the bills (or any site for that matter) if you can't stand seeing a couple ads on a webpage. I guess everyone thinks that these sites don't cost money to run.

Really stinks that only 4 of us bothered to show up for the draft, but at least it seems that the auto-draft for players didn't do anything TOO crazy.

If you don't have MS Office, I would suggest either saving it in Notepad, or Using a free Service like Google Drive. That allows you to save all sorts of different file types.

Usually when writing a review, I would suggest writing it in one of those programs first, then copy/pasting over to Vizzed once done. Just remember to ONLY use content that you have written yourself.

I was super excited about this game when I heard about it last week! I hope that it really does stay faithful to the original, but with everything I've seen, it will.

Was kinda hoping for a Switch release...but maybe in the future. In the meantime I'll pick it up on PC when released.

I'm not sure what you mean by "hacked up" but yes, It was built for old hardware/platforms. Even fairly cheap hardware. So you didn't need some slick fast computer to run the games.

What I was referring to is that the emulation was fairly well done for it's time, considering it was the grandfather of emulation. Sure, there was improvements to be made, but it was VERY solid for something that was just coming into existence. Remember, this was released in 1997 from a kid in high school and it introduced the world to emulation as a whole, not to mention the features I mentioned in my original post. Also, it introduced SAVE states and helped popularize them in future emulators for all systems. It's hard to say Nesticle wasn't "accurate" as it was the first NES emulator...so at the time there was nothing to compare it to other than the original hardware.

It was sad that the creators code was stolen and cracked by another guy on the project, but I feel like the project would have been scrapped eventually anyways, because his project immediately inspired other emulator projects that would improve upon his original idea

My first emulator experience was back in 1998 when I discovered the freeware version of Nesticle for Windows 95. I loved it. Emulated NES games pretty darn well considering the hardware they had to work with back then. Was very influential for its time and adopted really cool features for the time like being able to record gameplay and the homebrew hack tools that basically paved the way for the Video game music genre.
