Ok, it works now. The REALLY confusing thing is that I clicked the option to turn off my post layout, which didn't actually do that but instead is allowing me to post now. Whatever works, I guess, but I'm very confused as to why I needed to do that and also why I can't turn my layout off if I wanted to.

I tried removing my layout, let's see if that works? My original post in this thread was:

"My latest reply on this thread is not showing up for some reason. What's more confusing is that it shows that I have the latest reply on the thread, and I did get the confirmation page that showed that I made the post.

Davideo7 : What up with this"

What is your favorite rap song? Artist? Album?

Would you describe yourself as liking rap music? How much of it have you listened to?

Animal Collective is my favorite band. My choice for favorite album of theirs often bounces between Feels or Strawberry Jam.

I also greatly enjoy Prospect Hummer, an EP they released alongside Sung Tongs. It's a collaboration with Vashti Bunyan, and I think the combination works perfectly. It usually isn't mentioned when discussing Animal Collective, which is really a shame.

alexanyways : I wasn't the largest fan of Painting With; I think it was a good album overall, but compared to the other works of Animal Collective, it's probably my least favorite. In discussing the direction behind the album, they mentioned that they wanted to make it like a Ramones record, in that it "just goes." In my opinion, the result was an album that never gets a breath, and not in a way that adds anything desirable to the product.

EDIT: It's also worth mentioning that the hover text on the ghost image in my layout is from an Avey Tare song.

What's perhaps most impressive about these (to me) is the massive amount of improvement that's apparent over time. While none of the drawings listed are bad by any means, the more recent ones are incredibly well done. My personal favorite is "A Teardrop for a Miss," though I also greatly enjoy "Our Ray of Hope." It's also remarkable how much precision is needed, and how much time it took for each of these pieces.

Oldschool777 : A large part of your argument against Clinton comes from the idea that it'd be "4 more years of Obama," and then you state that Obama has been screwing us over for 8 years. In what ways, specifically, has Obama been screwing us over?

DarkHyren : You chose to refer to Donald Trump as "the best candidate." I'm curious what qualities Donald Trump holds that make him a better candidate than the alternatives. I'm personally not a fan of the candidate who has advocated forcing the military to reinstate the usage of means of torture deemed illegal internationally. I'm also not a fan of the candidate who once described global warming as a hoax perpetrated by and for the Chinese. Nor am I a fan of the candidate who doesn't know how many articles there are in the Constitution, proposed to change libel laws to make it easier to sue the press, and, my personal favorite, didn't even know what the nuclear triad is. Yeesh. I hope he has some good advisors.

"Seriously, a lot of you need to wake up to the truth, Hillary is a criminal, feminism isn't about equality, and men aren't demons, even if they make some crude jokes."

I'm pretty that the last two have pretty much nothing to do with Donald Trump being elected. While you can view him being elected (narrowly, at that) as something of a "message," these aren't things that Donald Trump as a politician has much to do with. It has less to do with fighting political correctness and/or feminism and more to do with the fact that he has a bad case of diarrhea of the mouth. As for the first part -- Hillary has yet to be proven to do anything to make her a criminal, even from in depth investigations from the FBI. You can argue conspiracy all you want, but keep in mind that simultaneously Donald Trump has multiple accusations of fraud because of Trump University, and a whole slew of sexual assault allegations as well.

"unlike his opponent he didn't have to rely on lies and mudslinging to get there"

Really? As to lying, are we really talking about the same Donald "I don't know Putin" Trump? Did you watch any of the debates, where he consistently squirmed out of every stupid contradictory thing he's said in the past, often just by interrupting with "wrong"? In addition, while you may not call it mudslinging -- I personally think what he was slinging came out of his ass as opposed to the ground -- he definitely did, for example, insult John McCain, a former POW, by saying that he prefers people who were "not captured." That's just one of many.

To clarify, an SSL certificate is specifically useful for encryption of sensitive information, such as passwords, user personal info (think credit card numbers, addresses), etc. Besides a mailing list, your website doesn't seem to really need any of that.

The other protection it (might) provide is against phishers, or people who replicate your website exactly with the intention of scraping the data users input; it can be harder for those kinds of people to get a hold of SSL certificates. Again, this is only really a big deal with sites that collect sensitive information, but it does give you some peace of mind if you're willing to pay for it.

Regardless, that's not really what you were asking for; your website works fine for me. I'm using Google Chrome. I also tried it on Firefox, and it worked as well.

At the age of 7, I would've already grown majorly attached to my non-biological child; at that point, the decision is easy: keep the one I've already raised. That's without even taking into account the feelings of the child, which should, for the most part, be the most major factor in making this decision. By the age of 7, deep attachment from their end to you has already been embedded.

Now, if the child was still an infant, or maybe one or two years old, the decision might be more tough. At the end of the day, barring other external circumstances, there's little to no reason why the kids can't stay in contact with their biological parents, even if they weren't raised by them.

legacyme3 : Well, this should work, albeit with a very hard width set, with the text box being 590.34 px wide. As long as the width of posts doesn't stray from 738, this'll work.

We'll see how long this lasts.

legacyme3 : Spiffy looking layout you've got there.

Speaking of spiffing things up, I tried to do just that with this one. Thoughts? With the stripping of the style tags, I had to take a different approach.

EDIT: Nope, looks like it's not working like intended. Welp.

EDIT 2: Scratch that, it DOES work, only not on low resolutions. Time to fix that.

legacyme3 :

This should be a 1:1, except for the link hover color in the signature. Sorry it took so many tries; the default layout font size in the old thread.php was 16, in the new thread.php it's 12; your old layout used a percentage instead of pixels to determine font size. Your font size is 85% of 16, or 13.6.

I'll send it to you. Enjoy.

EDIT: As I've come to find out, the default font color on Vizzed is longer white, but #D0D0D0 (what a hex code). That should be the last change necessary for it to be 1:1

Edit: well, it's not all the way there, yet. give me more seconds.

The one major caveat is that the link in the signature can no longer have a unique hover color; other than that, this should be identical.

Edit: hold on the font is smaller in the thread than the preview for some reason
