First of all, thanks for the summon, I do appreciate it!

I never really got around to playing any Mario Party games. They didn't seem too fun at first. I didn't think I would have the time and/or patience to play them. I have been constantly urged to play by my friends.

Your review really helps me get a look into things. Since I never really got to try it out, I didn't know entirely what it is like. But your review is full of detail, from the music to the somewhat non-existent story, which is REALLY helpful.

I love your review man, certainly very helpful. And as always, keep up the awesome work man.

Would any relationships be reinstated (if there is success in gaining one) after the repeat Saturday?
That's something I would try out lol. Just to see how I might stand. If things go horribly wrong, it'll be over. But then again, if things go swell, will it unfortunately be over anyways?
I guess many people would think this as a 24-hour Purge-like 'dream'. People going out and looting malls (don't do that!), but the stuff you steal will be gone anyways.

I guess you can maybe try some new stuff out, like maybe go skydiving without paying, and it won't matter the next day. Just don't get caught. Jk!
Fly around the world, again, piling up debt and such, but it won't matter.

I'd just do stuff I would normally have to pay for all for free. And maybe some of that relationship stuff.

My dad doesn't make the best shrimp. I dislike it very much so, just the shrimp he prepares. It really honestly makes me vomit. I used to like shrimp, but ever since I first tried the way he made it, geez, I started vomiting every time I ate shrimp, whether from Chinese food to even nicely prepared shrimp that my mom would make. Darn it! Really disgusting. And I don't even hate shrimp now, it just makes me vomit in general.

Antman2385 :

Yes, I think you can breed in this hack. Not many people do, seeing there isn't a huge need, but feel free to experiment.

traxxracer :

The move deleter is in Serenity City, next to the Pokemon Center.

I was aiming for the Playstation item a few weeks ago, but it was a loose goal, not really sticking to it. I didn't really do much to get close to that goal anyways.

I spend most of my Viz by giving it away nowadays. It usually isn't a lot, but I don't have much use for Viz anymore.

I have Norton installed. I am not sure when it last time ran. I know the Windows Update ran a couple of days ago, if that makes any difference. I also have McAfee too, and it runs at least twice every two weeks. I have read something about those two companies clashing and such, and so maybe that's why Norton is not running as much as it should be, since they have said it wouldn't run if you have the competitor installed.

Here's the Start-Up stuff.

I have tried the msconfig already before, that's why I already have the unchecked programs.
I have gone on to the Task Manager and looked under Processes as well. The thing about that is there are multiple processes with basically the same name, and I do not know what each one exactly does. I cancelled one, and it took away the Task bar and every icon on my desktop, so I don't want to keep restarting my laptop for a small mistake like that.

As for games, I don't have much on my laptop, since my laptop is not really a gaming laptop, more for schoolwork and such.

I have done a disk clean-up probably four weeks ago, and it helped a bit, but then the spikes starting coming.

As for a Trojan, I don't think I have one. The different types and what they do don't really show up whenever I use my laptop. No server malfunctions, no disabled files, etc.

Woops, I didn't catch the first part. Thanks.

I don't really put Overall as a category like the others. I guess I could next time, but thanks for the feedback.

The camera isn't TOO big of a deal. The movement of Jazz sort of accompanies the annoyingness of the camera. Jazz is all hyped on five hour energy, so his movement is a bit over the top sometimes, and accompany a camera that is dynamic, it seems like you have a drunk cameraman documenting the perils of Jazz Jackrabbit.

Final Fantasy III takes the cake for me. Especially since it introduces the most vile, disgusting, and evil villain of Final Fantasy history...a clown who has no regards for life, loves to kill, and giggles at destruction. He may or may not be the strongest, but he certainly has no soul.

I like the comparison between Dante's Divine Comedy in regards to the final boss fight too, how Kefka changes forms that each represent one part of the Divine Comedy: Inferno, Purgatoria, Paradiso, and finally Kefka himself, in the form of god, even though he most definitely will never come close to that.

A fine story accompanies a game full of connections and mystery, and certainly a Final Fantasy favorite.

What a name. I wish my first name was Jazz.
"Hey, look over there, it's Jazz! His green skin is blinding! I love it!" *Insert insane fan girl screams*
Anyways, Chameleons must have thought Jazz was so handsome, his green skin rivaling their own skin color, that they thought of him as a delicious treat. Who wouldn't? If I ever met someone so beautiful as Jazz, the first thing that would come to my mind is "food". Seems reasonable. The love of your life, in your stomach.

----------------------
Graphics: 8/10
----------------------
The graphics seem to be on the edge of 2D and 3D, more specifically, 2.5D. I haven't played many 2.5D games, but the ones I do are rather impressive. Jazz Jackrabbit doesn't really fall too much into that impressive category. In 2.5D games, along with the story and game play, it's fun to always point at what's actually 3D and what's 2D, like a 3D character on a 2D backround. They don't seem to blend too well together, like oil and water, but it's fun to just stare at the mechanics of the game.
Going back to the game, the graphics are pretty blurry. It's easy enough to distinguish what's what, but a little harder than a game with clean and crisp graphics.
Some positives are (inconsistent) attention to detail. The rocky platforms in the beginning are finely detailed, cracks and holes all over the place, as they usually would be. The stellar back round is also nice attention to detail, the shooting stars, the nebulae, etc. I feel this inconsistency helped give the graphics section a little more than what it originally deserved. Well done.

-2.5D

-Blurry

-Inconsistent, but fine detail

--------------------
Sound: 10/10
--------------------
The sound track is intense to start. Well, you've just been captured by seemingly extra-terrestrial giant talking chameleons with poor grammar and low technological cages/prisons, but high tech weapons. What better music accompanies 'escape from kidnap' than some Beethoven Intense espionage-like music? Music is a wonderful attribute for this game, the last thing on someone's mind when it comes to negativity about this game.
The SFX sounds are not bothersome either. They do drag on a bit, but that's how it works. A gun shot from the same gun isn't going to be sounding different all the time. In real life, you hear the 'bang bang', and if there was some (minuscule) difference in sound, you don't hear it. Yes, sound varies, no matter how big or small the difference is, but hey, it's a game, not acoustic science.
In the end, there's nothing to fret about over music/sfx in Jazz Jackrabbit - all is good.

-Sound track varies from level to level

-Sound track accompanies the mood of the game play

-SFX not perfect, but not a bore either

------------------
Story: 10/10
------------------
I feel big emphasis for this game is the story itself. "Well, why wouldn't it be?" you ask. I agree, of course there's going to be a story, but there's much more dialogue between Jazz and even insignificant characters, like your average Chameleon guard who has no idea what he's doing. This is a platform game, and one would not normally see so much dialogue and focus on the story bit-by-bit (look at Mario. How many times does that little red plumber talk to a fellow Goomba? Who knows.), but in Jazz Jackrabbit, Jazz is constantly talking about the situation, giving you tips, telling you what's going on, and plot twists and attempts at humor to lighten the mood. The story is full of action, and again, attempts at humor. I wouldn't be so sure to say that's a negative to the game now, would I?

-Much more 'interactive' story

-Action, and attempts at humor

------------------
Depth: 8/10
------------------
The depth to Jazz Jackrabbit is...okay. One thing that really "ooofed" me off at this game was the camera during game play. I didn't see an option for changing the camera settings in the menu, so I couldn't change it. But during the whole game play, the camera was dynamic. It wasn't your typical static camera, like in Mario, where you have a steady screen. Nosirree. Instead, it moved with your arrow keys. Press the left arrow key, Jazz moves left AND the camera moves left much more than it would with a static camera. It's like in a sporting event, more specifically, (american) football. A cameraman is watching the quarterback hand off to a running back, who in turn throws the football back, but didn't see that little action, and follows the running back, resulting in not seeing a huge sack for a loss of 17 yards. Sure, not much action like that happens in Jazz Jackrabbit during that camera 'mishap', but it potentially can. Stuck in between to enemies, and your camera messes you up...Jazz ends up dead.
However, a positive in depth is the weaponry. There are different weapons you can obtain through your perilous adventures. The first weapon you get when escaping your low tech "prison" seems to have unlimited ammo. However, the next available weapon you can get,m a machine gun, has a set amount of ammo. Jazz tells you to be careful of how much ammo you have, and how much you use. He's right. You use all your ammo, you have no means of defending yourself. That may be a pain, a HUGE pain, but is very thoughtful and crafty of the game developers, and shows you some of the depth of this game.

-Funky camera

-Don't use all your ammo!

------------------------------
Addictiveness: 7/10
------------------------------
Now that we know the iffs and oofs of the game, what role do they play in addictiveness? The two aspects covered in the depth category play a HUGE role in addictiveness. If the camera bothers you in the beginning of the game, it's not going to be a pleasant ride the rest of the game. If you are constantly running out of ammo before getting more or getting a new gun, that'll bother you, since you will have to restart many times.
However, the story is what would pull you back into the game. The wonderful, intense story and narration by multiple characters, no matter how insignificant, along with the added humor, really offers you entertainment. Along with a story that reels you in, in comes the sound track. Give a story some music that appropriately follows the tone and style of game play, and those oofs, the camera and ammo, will not even bother you.

-Anything bothering you in the beginning? Don't plan on a smooth ride.

-Wonderful story and music, may outweigh negatives.

--------------------------------------------------
Difficulty: 5/10 (or rather, up to you!)
--------------------------------------------------
In the beginning, when starting a new game, the difficulty is absolutely up to you! The default setting is Normal, but above Normal is 'Cakewalk', the equivalent of Easy. Below Normal is 'Pretty Hard'. I have absolutely no idea what the equivalent of Pretty Normal would be. And finally, below 'Pretty Hard' is 'Way Too Hard', a heavy favorite of mine. But man, I really can't decide what the equivalent of 'Way Too Hard' is...can you? Anyways, difficulty shouldn't be an issue if you have the power to change it.

-Up to you!

In the end, this game was an enjoyable game, one that I would play in my free time. Even with the intense story, it just made my free time much more intense. Eating a doughnut...while being captured by Chameleons with poor sentence structure...my heart's beating so hard already!
There are some negatives, mainly opinionated actually, but positives of the game will surely out weigh them, resulting in you still hooked to the game.
Hope you enjoyed.

**The highlights at the end of each category, I got the idea from someone else's fine example of a review. It's a great idea - use what works well.

My mom will probably not allow details to be posted on the internet and/or given out (protective mother), but I just wanted to say, that Octopus you made is really, really amazing, and cool beans.

Your work may not be super detailed and "professional", but it's simplicity makes it awesome.
You wouldn't be carrying a 5-foot tall crochet of the statue of liberty, but 'd definitely be keeping that Octopus with me, maybe as a good luck charm, ya know?

Sorry if this is spam.

If anyone wants to give feedback, is the text (color) hard to see with all this green? If it is, what color would you think best fits with this green backround?

I would like to take a guess and say everyone here has friends, no matter how many, we all have friends. Or at least I hope so. And again, hopefully you have true friends, not hypocrites.

On the subject of friends, what would you think makes a friend unforgettable (to you, and maybe even to anyone)? Is it the way they smiled or laughed, or the way they treated others?

For me, usually what stands out most in my friend, and what I would probably never forget about him/her are his/her unique characteristics, like probably their laugh. If it was really different, hysterical, and crazy, I would surely remember it. I'd probably laugh at whatever he/she is laughing at for the sake of laughing at his/her laugh, since it's so funny!

But I won't forget their characteristics either. If that person was really nice to others, I wouldn't forget that. They were making a lasting impact, just from being kind.

And all the memories made along the way, those I will surely not forget.

What about you?

After Toot tells Scott the truth of what had happened, he is no where to be seen.

"Where is Toot? Where in the darn is he?!" demands Cilia.

"Calm yourself, Cilia. He is on his own. Do not worry." replies Eridor.

"Bah humbug. Him and his narcissism. Why can't he notice other people of the opposite gender, huh?"

"I wouldn't say he is a narcissist. You must remember, he was very angry at himself during the adventure. He did prove himself useful, but one cannot jump from hate to love so quickly...do you perhaps have a crush on him?" Eridor asks with a hint of a smile.

"Whaaaaat? Pssh, you must be drunk, old man. You speak but do not know what words come out of your mouth. Just tell me where he is." Cilia replies quickly.

"If I speak and do not know what words come out of my mouth, how will you know if where I say Toot is...is true?"

"BAH. HAMBUG. You little drunkard! I shall find him myself."
Cilia storms out and starts yelling "Toot" at the top of her lungs.

Meanwhile, Toot is up on a cliff overlooking the entire kingdom.

"Such splendor. It's a shame I am gonna have to be on my way soon. Off to another adventure, eh? Gonna be passing by here though, stealing some food, causing a little trouble. Always fun." Toot says.

"What will you be looking for, Toot? Is there a purpose for all these adventure you go on?" asks the stranger standing next to Toot.

"Ah, no, not really. Just the thrill of adventure I guess...I still haven't found my sword yet." replies Toot.

"Aha, your sword. I remember that day. It was a nuisance of a day, was it not?"

"Pfftt, worst luck ever! Hmph, I guess we should be on our way." Toot responds.

"Let us go, lest any emotional attachments steer you away from adventure. Your sister will hopefully cross paths with us on our journey."

"...do not remind me of her just yet. It shall hinder me. Let us go."

As Toot and the stranger move on, a new adventure begins.

(OoC: Not a good epilogue, sorry about that. Wanted a [small] cliff hanger, but it isn't a full epilogue I guess. Lots of stuff I had for this RP still remains in my head, not here [yet], so if there is a continuation of this RP later, or even a new RP, I'll try to include some of that stuff, that is if I can participate in your RP. This was fun, and thanks for creating it!)
