We only have 9 users signed up to the tournament so far. This tournament can't begin without at least 12 users but I'd prefer to get at least 16-20 users (since a lot of users end up not participating or showing up).

I've decided that I'm not going to host it this year. We only have 10 people signed up and on average, 1/3 of everyone who joins these ends up not participating or dropping out which actually leaves us with 6 or 7 and these are too much work to host for so little competition.
