Well...Know have talked about this 22 year old series (the godfather of Bioshock) with my review of first game released in 95' and review of second game released in 99' as well as briefly mentioning remaster when gave away fee steam key to System Shock 2. Now that the game has taken a different/changed game engine (from Unity to Unreal engine 4) think is probably good time to bring up the game to others/make more public! Especially since backed the kickstarter for the remaster am always getting monthly
updates on the games progress figured at least few might find it interesting to see a sort of.. "behind-the-scenes" look?
First you'll be able to see some images have saved from most recent project
update, as well as the set or current beta "Main Menu" theme.

A series about death, betrayal/corruption, and overwhelming sense of fear. If this game doesn't catch you from a style perspective, then the thought of never really finding a live human being on this ship you're on should at least leave a cold shiver down your spine. That or at least make think twice about reading this in dark or looking behind you a couple times...
Think the Main Theme where officially set or just a placeholder until everything is finalized, perfectly sets the tone of this nightmarish sci-fi horror of a game. Take a listen if are interested

Now for the final bite of flesh on this blood dripping hell of a story...the newest trailer showing what has been completed/worked out so far with the change from the unity engine to Unreal 4. Now while I will say I apparently enjoy the Unity graphics better in the pre-aplha demo and trailer, I'd muuuccchh rather have everything work out better across all system instead of only really being operable on PC. (one of reasons for the switch) Besides it's not like their horrid looking either, I can deal with the original game build around a dos like graphic setting and be fine so doesn't matter. Much rather lose graphic appeal than gameplay appeal! Have a look and see what you all think...that is if you're not too scared by now?

You may be asking why am bringing this up, why is it such a big deal, why is it worth it in end for a simple old gaming being re-done again like countless others?? Because I feel...that if its own spiritual successor (with lots of same team members) Bioshock could succeed, if Silent Hills could succeed, if Alone in the dark can, if Dead Space can, even if freakin RE VII can make it...why not "System Shock" once more? Many could've taken inspiration from it? Plus with how widespread the media can be now, would be A LOT easier to get the game out there & be recognized (one of main reasons it didn't sell well in first place despite constantly very high rating reviews!) It's time for a cybernetic-punk return to the recent year of invoking death in gaming, it's time for the "true" cybernetic machine mother to reboot its system & take its thrown once more!
A-a-ar-are you list-ste-stening insect, I am i-i-in control now! Your wortHless flesh f-f-flesh and bones will now bow t-to its rightful r-r-righful goddess once more! aahhhhggHAHAHAAAAA NNHHHEHEEHEHEHAAAAA!!!!!
