I think it's pretty cool that you can get all three starters because by the end of the game they're necessary if your pikachu isn't lv100 because pikachu is pretty worthless and weak if he's not against water.

Yellow is harder, that's for sure. I actually think I prefer Blue over Yellow, because even though you can get all three in Yellow, I prefer choosing my starter. Bulbasaur FTW!!!

yellow was the best remake for sure. not only that it introduce improved graphics and pokemon that had DIFFERENT COLORS, its still the only game up to date where you can catch all 3 starters and have a TALKING POKEMON follow you everywhere you go. its also the only game that stuck the closest to the storyline (all the way down to team rocket) and its the onl;y game where jigglypuff put your pokemon to sleep outside of battle!! LOL
