Rasenganfan2 : Well its good that something's actually being done about it.

Last time I was in a hospital, oddly enough, wasn't my brother being born. I wasn't there for that. :/ Yep, I'm a horrible person, aren't I? No, I think the last time I was actually in a hospital was for my cousin's kid to be born. He's like, twenty two, or was at the time, so he's not sixteen like me, don't get the wrong idea lol. But it sure was a cute kid, that's for sure.

I'm pretty sure that I ended up staying at his little brother's house, said brother also being my cousin, that nigh because I wanted to see the baby more and my mom wanted to go home. He came too, and we watched a Lord of the Rings marathon with the new kid. Getting him introduced into the great movies at an early age! Maybe too early...

Well, for me it was a week ago because I had a sunburn so bad that my back was covered with two big scabs, and a small part of it that was on my chest got infected.

And that's why I don't go outside.
That and because I'm scared of people.

For me,it was a few years ago,I had an ingrown toenail examined. For those that never had an ingrown toenail,those hurt like crazy.

I went to the dentist one fine day, and had to remove a tooth.

I was at the hospital across the street for work. We are running an event called Family Safety Day where we're inviting the community and local cities to come out, get their kids fitted for bike helmets, see the helicopter the hospital uses to airlift people, see the fire truck, the bomb-detecting K9 unit, the police cars, and more. There's an FBI finger printing program and healthy eating etc.

It takes a dozen people from the hospital's staff to put this on, dealing with volunteers, setting up parking, setting up traffic flow, getting facilities, etc. So, we go over and they host the meeting because I'm only bringing one other person with me. It's a nice walk, half a mile one way, and the conference room has coffee bubbling away for me to consume in great quantities.

We were lucky in that they were doing an appreciation day so I managed to snag a pair of hot dogs for lunch and I grabbed some cookies for my staff at the fitness center on the way out. Of course, it kills me that the big thing is "Employee Health and Wellness" and they turn around and dump hot dogs and hamburgers and cookies, etc, on unhealthy, overweight people. It kills me.

The last time I was at the hospital, my Dad was there due to having a blood clot in his lungs. That happened back on Christmas Day 2015.

The last time I was physically in a hospital was for my mother through months and months of health issues with her previous stomach surgery where she was in and out almost every week because no one was doing anything right. Which also made us mad at the hospital she kept going to, to the point where we don't even trust any of them anymore as far as doing their job for goes.

The last time that I was in the hospital because something was wrong with me, was almost exactly a year ago. I had gotten a shot of some kinda and apparently I had gotten some rare side-effect or I became allergic to it because hours later, I ended up in the hospital with little to no feeling anywhere, not being able to move and constant tremors all over my body. It took awhile for my parents to even know something was wrong since I was laying on my stomach and couldnt move, so I wasnt able to talk properly. They had to life me out of bed and bring me to the ambulance.
