Edit: My plugin now works in Firefox thanks to ZeroTails I'm still having this problem:

I get a black screen when I try to play games on MSX, MAME, Atari emulators, and more. Basically, all the game systems that only have one playing option. The sound and controls work, but the game won't show up. This happens on IE, Chrome, and Firefox.

I'd appreciate any attempts to help me.
Edit: My plugin now works in Firefox thanks to ZeroTails I'm still having this problem:

I had that problem too. Is there a popup near the top of the window that says whether to allow the plugin or not? If it does, press the button "Allow always" or something like that.

ZeroTails : I'm so ignorant... I clicked the "Allow and remember" button, so now the plugin works in Firefox. I'll edit out that part of my post and edit the thread's title now that I know that. My bigger concern is getting MSX/MAME/etc. games to work. It's not fun playing games when you can't see what you're doing...

In the box, type in (or copy/pasta) c:ProgramDatavizzedVizzedRgrPluginUser-289675

In that folder, you should find MESS and MAME folders.
In each of those folders, you should find a default.cfg

Delete them both and clear your recycle bin.
Start up an arcade game and see if it works.

Edit:
You might as well delete the MSX and MSX cfg's in the MESS folder while you are at it.
All of these should recreate themselves, but you will have to reconfig the controls.

Let me know if it works.

The problem with MSX/MSX2 (not sure about the problem with MAME) is basically a problem which is fixable by finding a MESS "system" which will work for the game. The latest RGR Plugin is built on the latest version of MESS and uses the system: hbf1xdm2 for MSX/MSX2.

The old version used the system called MSX, why did it change? I don't know. But now a lot of msx games no longer work, and the fix is to change the "system" used for the specific game, which I can do. Not an easy task though, because there are about 50+ different systems matching msx to choose from.

Vanelan : I tried it yesterday and today, I have the latest plugin installed, and it still doesn't work. Same results, sounds are fine but the game doesn't appear. tRIUNE figured out the problem with the MSX/MSX2 games, but not the MAME games. (as you can see in his post above me)

tRIUNE : Do you recall which MSX/2 system was used in 2.25 or 2.12?
I do believe MSX worked in 2.25, but I can't say for sure that it did. I am 99% sure it worked in 2.12.
