This is a movelist for the King of Fighters 95' for the Arcade, Neo Geo, and other systems. After his defeat at the hand of Kyo Kusanagi, Rugal rigged his airship to explode on contact. Luckily, our heroes managed to survive the ordeal but unfortunately so did Rugal who has decided to use his ultimate form, Omega Rugal. The teams are all the same as the previous year except for the USA Team as they were beaten up by a new fighter named Iori Yagami who is a rival of Kyo Kusanagi and is looking to face him in the tournament. He is also joined by Billy Kane from Fatal Fury series and Eiji Kisaragi from Art of Fighting 2. The tournament has started again with some characters learning some new moves which will be bolded in white to show it is new.

Here are the teams as follows:

Japan: Kyo Kusanagi, Goro Daimon, Benimaru Nikaido
Italy: Terry Bogard, Andy Bogard, Joe Higashi
Mexico: Ryo Sakazaki, Robert Garcia, Takuma Sakazaki
Brazil: Heidern, Ralf Jones, Clark Steel
China: Athena Asamiya, Sie Kensou, Chin Gentsai
England: King, Mai Shiranui, Yuri Sakazaki
Korea: Kim Kaphawn, Chang Koehan, Choi Bounge
USA: Iori Yagami, Billy Kane, Eiji Kisaragi
Boss: Saisyu Kusanagi, Rugal Bernstein

Also new to the series is the ability to edit your team. No longer are you bound to the same teammates if you plan on using one character. With a code, you also get the chance to play as the bosses in the game. The code is: Pick team edit. At the fighters selection screen, hold down to the Start button and press Up + B, Right + C, Left + A, Down + D.

CONTROLS

A button is for light punch
B button is for light kick
C button is for hard punch
D button is for hard kick

Press C button from far away to taunt the opponent.
Press A, B, and C buttons simultaneously when dizzy to have a partner attack.
Hold A, B, and C buttons simultaneously to charge up the POW meter.
Press A and B buttons simultaneously to dodge.
Press C and D buttons simultaneously to perform a knockdown attack.

ub jumps backwards away from the opponent
u jumps straight up
uf jumps forwards towards the opponent
f walks forward
df duckwalks (Fatal Fury characters only: Terry, Andy, Joe, Mai, Kim , and Billy)
d crouches
db blocks low attacks and standing attacks
b blocks standing and jump attacks
~ means to hold previous direction briefly before continuing the motion
b or f + C tosses the opponent when nearby.
f,f dashes forward
b,b dashes backwards
f + A or B is a defensive attack

Just like the previous Duckwalking is when you walking while you are still crouching both in the game and in real life. It is a carryover from Fatal Fury 2 and Fatal Fury Special and it can only be used by characters from those games. The duckwalking features was taken out of the series after this game.

There you have it folks, the FAQ movelist for King of Fighters 95' available for the PSX, Neo Geo, Arcade (MVS), Neo Geo CD, and many collections on the PS2 and the Sega Saturn. This is the last game to have all those off the wall super moves that were pure hell to perform. From KOF 96 and beyond with the exception of King of Fighters 2002 HSDM, the special moves were so much easier to perform that all those crazy actions you had to perform in KOF 94 and 95 and in the Fatal Fury series. Until we again, my friends always remember... STAY GOLD. *blasts off* BANG!

Like your King of Fighters 94 movelist guide, this one is extremely informative and it'll definitely help anyone who has trouble with old school fighting games. I wonder though, are you planning on making movelist guides like this for the whole series?
