Hi, my name is Yuni, and obviously, I'm VERY new.

Believe it or not, I found this place while searching for a way to play Pokémon Sweet Version online, without having to download an emulator that my poor toaster of an eleven-year-old laptop won't run.  (And believe me, it's a toaster.)

I may not post on the boards much, 'cause I'm...not really a talky person? But I'll try, if everything works on my laptop!


Been a little wary of it, but...I really want to try. My laptop is eleven years old and won't really run much of anything any longer. I can't get any of the old emulators I used to run to work on it now. The poor thing is on its last legs, I'm afraid, but that hasn't really stopped me wanting to game. 

Anyway. That's me and my old computer. Hi to everyone here and thanks for having this place, really!

Well, are you planning on getting a new computer? Anyways, hi! This is a great site, with great people on it. What's your favorite franchise? Mine is either Sonic or Mega Man X.

ZeroTails : One of these days, yes. I have to get a job to be able to afford it, first. Finding a job, though, that's the problem. Haven't found one yet, and been graduated/looking since May of last year. Buuuuut, eventually. In the meantime, toaster it is! XD

As for my favourite franchise? Oh gosh, how can I choose? I'm a big RPG fan,  but I don't know if I could choose between the franchises that I play regularly. Final Fantasy, Zelda, Pokemon, Kingdom Hearts, Shadow Hearts, Elder Scrolls, Wild Arms, Ar Tonelico, the Tales series, the old (now they are, anyway *sigh*) .hack games, Grandia...

Yunimori : What are some of the games you tried out so far?

zanderlex : On here, so far I've only tried out Pokémon Sweet. It was the middle of the night when I joined last night, so I didn't get to play long, and I only woke up about half an hour ago. I'm planning on browsing around, though. I want to play Super Mario RPG and Paper Mario, I know for sure. 

Yunimori : hey there yunimori! Wow, I did not know that Pokemon sweet version existed anywhere else outside the land of vizzed. I too was quite leery of "the board" as well, but when I kept wanting more games, and did not have the Viz that I needed to play. So I learned that I could earn more Viz by posting, so here I am today! Hope you enjoy it!

Yunimori : Huh, I never heard of that one. How was it?

Really cute, actually! I played for about an hour. It's a hack, of course, where all the Pokémon are actually living desserts. It's adorable. XD

Hello, FaithFighter! I'm sorry I didn't see you before. Thanks for the welcome. ^^

And yes, living desserts. I got a "Brownisaur" as my starter, and it is considered a Cherry Pokesweet. It's types are Chocolate and Cherry, and it is a Bulbasaur made out of a brownie with a swirl of icing and a cherry on top for its bulb. The entire thing is adorable. There are some pretty corny dessert puns scattered through the whole thing, but they work. XD

I will definently check that game out, maybe even get a few hours of playtime with it because that sounds like it's awesome. Is it in it's own region and story or is all of it just added to an already made game?

Oh, it's definitely in its own region and story. The layout is Kanto's layout, but it is definitely not Kanto. In any way. The Pokémon are not the same, they span all of the generations, and the story is veeeerry different. I mean, yeah, it's still a Pokémon game so there's gonna be the basic formula in place, but this place is like someone took CandyLand and Kanto and morphed them into one new monster of a place where trees are ice cream cones and the roads are made of gingerbread. XD

Yunimori : Quick question, do you get to eat the Pokemon and region also?

zanderlex : LOL! Not that I've seen. Some little girl in the very beginning eats some of the road, but it's a plot device. The Pokémon are living, so I don't think it would be nice to eat them. Haven't seen any place yet where I could eat part of the region.

I so have to check out this game as soon as I can, maybe even do a few videos and a review.

Yunimori : You remind me a bit of myself. A lot of that has to do with the old computer business, buuuuuut even still, you seem pretty cool. Welcome to Vizzed. Pokemon hacks are cool. I would have made one myself, but I'm too lazy.

Yunimori : Hello and welcome! By the way,  I am a newbie too and just registered.  So welcoming someone is kind of weird right now... even thou I do not mind it.


Anyways, I discovered this site while trying to find ways to play Pokémon online (I do have a Wii but that's pretty much it - I will get a DS and other fancy stuff soon enough). Almost like you do. There some out there already but most do require download. Which I wanted to avoid because then I needed emulators - then again, I know some but download is not optimal. Plus it's not like my computers are that new... So yeah.

I did find a site that I an pretty happy with except the fact that it only had the Game Boy line games. If you are curious to know the site here it is: (spoiler alert)


Right now I have not familiarized yet with this website (of course). But it looks fun and I am certainly looking forward to playing in my free time. Oh - of course. You all can call me Player. I enjoy YouTube and gaming while in my free time - right now I am on a break but I am still studying.



I do have a feeling I'll like this place, and I hope you do too.
