I was playing pokemon dark rising 2, but when I went to save it said that my other game would be over writed. Which is weird because this was my first time playing it. So I said yes, and it said it couldnt save because I needed to back up the save file? I always get the message the 1m circuit board is not downloaded. My browser is internet explorer if that helps any

As far as I can remember, the non-vizzed plug in doesn't support save states, but I really don't know for sure. 

Could you include a link to the game? It would make it much easier to find for others.

   So it appears you are using the Mednafen emulator, right? I got the same problem when I tried to start a game up. But I then tried the emulator to the left, the one that says "VBA (default)" I didn't get any problems saving on that emulator. If you were going to record, you'd have to use one that you have on your computer, though. But other than that, the differences between emulators isn't much, really.
