Actually, I have blond hair as well. And I'm 1/4 German (Realizes that everybody who read that will probably stereotype me). Oh dear. Why do we even care what color eyes we all have?

Mine are brown... mostly dark brown I think.
I always hated it when I was younger because everyone else in my family had blue/hazel eyes and I was just insanely jealous of them for having "pretty" eyes LOL.  Once upon a time my brothers knew how jealous I was of their eye color, and they tricked me into thinking eating pizza crust (which I struggled with eating as well when I was younger) would turn my eyes blue, so obviously I devoured the rest of my pizza.  But then my eyes never turned blue, everything is a lie.

My eyes are the deep colour of chestnuts. That is somewhat lighter than the dark brown of my hair which some mistake for black. My eyes look just as dark as my hair if I am in a dimly lit area. It has been a while since I stood in front of the bathroom mirror and peered directly into my eyes. I am sure as always that they maintain that rich chestnut colour.

Side fact: My brother's eyes used to look about the same as mine. Now they only have a little triangle of brown left around the pupil. The rest of his irises are now a lighter yellowish hazel.

I am thinking that faded eye colour might be a sign that he boozes himself a little more than is healthy. He quit smoking cigarettes this past year after only using a few dozen packs in his entire life so smoking probably isn't a factor.

I guess my eyes have been classified as "Hazel" which is funny because...what does that really mean? lol
