The series has some great episodes. My favorite one is Episode 3 where Link acts sick to avoid spring cleaning. I can't wait for more to be upload in the retro toons room.

I always found Legend of Zelda to be one of the worst cartoons based off games. It was so goshdarn cheesy.

completely agreed. It totally had that 80's feel where it seemed like no matter how "bad" things got... the good guy(s) always seemed to pull off the win in far too simple of a way.

I agree with the fact that it was horribly cheezy but just the same i still loved it... Ocarina of Time is my favorite game of all time and that being said i'm clearly a Zelda fanatic lol... I simply liked that they showed Link in a different light rather than the quiet hero in the games... They gave him personality and gave the other characters a slight spin as well and it was enjoyable...

I never did watch it, and I kinda don't want to, because I feel it'd ruin LoZ for me. Or at least leave a bitter aftertaste. The manga series is awesome though

Oddly i like it much more now then i did when it first came out. Granted there has been much added to the zelda universe (in a matter of geeky speaking ) So the campyness of it doesnt seem to be such a stark contrast for at the time was a fairly serious game.
With everything thats been added since, a game done like the cartoon series now would be alot of fun

I've only seen two episodes, but it sure looks cheesy. Also, the Nostalgia Critic reviewed it on his series on www.thatguywiththeglasses.com. He's hilarious. Anyways, about the cartoon, they had good intentions, but it didn't live up to the games. However, its corniness knows no ends. I bet I could write a better series about one of the Legend of Zelda games. Actually, that's not a bad idea. I think I'll try and write a script. Maybe I'll post it here.

Huh, I've only watched the first episode. I'm a member over on a different site where they've got the whole series hosted, I had intended to watch them sometime. However, they're one of those shows that I need to watch WITH somebody, cause I can't stand to not be able to crack jokes about it. It's not a great show, but it sure is funny. (unintentionally)

i have been working my way through season 1 for about a year so that tells you how bad it is. every couple months i watch an episode and sometimes i start all over because i forget what i watched so far. in my honest opinion it is awful and cheesy but i am trying to force my way through it and so far i'm failing miserably because i have alot of better things to do with my time

from the episodes i have watched though there is one thing that stands out to me and that is the overuse of Links phrase "well excuuuuuuuuuuuse meeeee princess"

its downright annoying when you hear it so much

I love anything having to do with Zelda, but I slightly disliked that show. It was just too corny and cheesy! Corn and cheese do not taste well together. I lost myself, anyways, it was a good show.
