I am not sure what you all will think for me rating every department a 9, but I really feel that this game was completly genius! For like the first time ever, you're not chasing the princess around everywhere trying to rescue her! The story at the beginning leaves you with this mysterious feeling, everything just seems completely remade. Not bad for a game hack! So let me start this thing off.

Overall: 9 While I usually save this until the end, I feel this game deserves some special treatment. iceMan took Super Mario world and completely transformed it. He changed graphics, enemies, music, gameplay and everything! I have one beef with this game...the enemies are hard to jump on! You could jump right on top of them sometimes and still get hurt instead of killing the enemy. That can really get irritating. However, my frustration quickly fades in this game! So let us see why this game is so awesome.

Graphics: 9 Ice man really pushed the limits here! Not only did he completely change all the worlds and make new graphics for this awesome hack. But he also created new enemies that fit perfectly into every world! The graphics are very sharp and excellent overall for the Super Nintendo, but more than that, everything maintains the typical beauty of the Mario franchise while giving you a new feeling of game.

Sound: 9 The sound is awesome! He changed some of the sounds, like the sound when you jump on enemies, but everything really works for good ole Mario! The music is also fairly new, and coincides with the overall feeling of the game--something new for mario!

Addictiveness: 9. While there are some frustrating things about this game, it really has a lot of merits and tricky spots that make the game addictive. The overall mystery of this game is enough to keep me coming back! But when you throw in the cool graphics, sounds, new enemies and new story. Well, that is just epic for Mario, who normally does not get out of the mushroom kingdom much!

Story: 9. Yahoo! A new story for Mario! And guess what? We do not have to rescue Princess Peach! We are just going home! Awesome! There really is not much story to what I have played so far, but that piece at the beginning is awesome! It just makes everything feel so mysterious and even scary--just a bit--it puts you in a new world where you do not have any idea of what to expect!  Love it!

Depth: 9 The game has like eight worlds, I think. Each one varied, each one different from the norm. I love all of them! There is also a chance that there is more after the eight worlds when you go home, but I am really not sure, since I have not made it that far yet. Why?

Difficulty: 9 This would be why! Most Mario games are a little tough for me (with the exception of 64 and New Super Mario Bros. Wii U) but this one really takes the cake! The enemies are hard to jump on; there are no power ups, and everything is just unfamiliar to me. All of this just makes it that much harder, and that much more fun!

Mario's journey through time and space is an excellent hack that has exceeded every other that I have ever seen. It is definitely worth a play!

While this review is pretty short, it's also awesome! You were very cheery throughout the entire review! The detail of some categories are pretty improvable, but you did a great job with detail. Your cheeriness and detail in the review made me very interested and this review makes me want to try this hack out even though I'm not so good at Super Mario World!
