Do you think a 11 year old could do this?

Hello everyone I am FlameKK I am 11 and the fact I'm a kid doesn't affect anything I use free model makers and RPG maker VX ace but do you think I could make good games? I have ideas for games with vampires, beings that when killed put their soul in a dead body somehow good as new I might not be the best at what I do but games is what I've been doing since I was three ( watched it when 1) I love games like feeding frenzy I make my own stuff sometimes like music for RPG maker and sprites I also put blood but not too much. Do you guys think I will be a good junior developer?

Hi there, FlameKK. For your answer, I could say that if you take pretty heavy tutorials on how to make RPG and you have very good experience with a RPG maker and knowing how to do a whole bunch of rather complex programming, I think it can be done. It will be beyond difficult for someone who is 11, but even I can't really bother make one, but I don't really know how to make one, and I'm older than you. But if you want to make it, never give up if you can make one, it will look good when you can maybe get a few people helping out. With multiple people working with you on a game like making a RPG, it can be quite easier.

So in brief, it's really really hard for someone your age. It also matters for making RPG if you have a computer for yourself to use. That's all I can say, and I don't really know much to create a RPG, but I know how to create levels for a platforming game using a level editor tool, like the tool for Mari0. If you think you can do it, don't give up.

If you believe you can..go for it. I would say its possible honestly. I mean when I hit eighth grade I could do math like crazy but, that was 8th grade. Before that I was still exceptional at things notably the change for me was 4th grade. You may have a lot of obstacles in your path but, as they say in final fantasy advent children...never give up.

Creation isn't determined by age.  It's determined by your drive, your desire, and the want to make you like.  Always build games based on what you want and what you like.  Don't try to force things because someone else would like them.

Saying that, go out and educate yourself.  Learn, take the time to understand the mechanics of game-building and how to go about programming.  Also learn about story-telling and read as much fiction as you can.  Read books about vampires and figure out how to drive a storyline.  The more important part of an RPG is the the story.  Look at Final Fantasy.  Those games are massively successful because they tell a story.

The story is what really gets people excited about a game.  The hands on part isn't as important.

Practice, practice, make, build, create, take notes, read, learn, and you can do anything.  You're 11 which means you have a ton of time to develop yourself as a programmer and a writer and a game maker.

Go get 'em!
