What a generalized question. I like my meat cooked to different levels depending on what I am eating.

American food:
Chicken, quail, pheasant, and any other fowl- well done
Steak - medium
Lamb chops - medium to medium rare
Pork - medium well to well done usually
Buffalo, elk, venison and most other not so common ungulates: medium
All burgers (non bird) - medium to medium well depending on my mood
All other meats including seafood: well done.

Asian, Hispanic/latin, and mediterranean:
Seafood - from raw to fully cooked depending on cuisine and prep.
Red meat - same as seafood. There are some really really good raw beef dish from southeast Asia.
Chicken - well done

I can eat any dish at any level. it doesn't really matter to me. It just depends on what I want.

If the cow is still mooing, pig is still linking so on and so forth I will not eat it it has to be well done that is the only way to eat it

I like beef to be medium well, and all other types of meat well done. My favorite bacon is thin and very well done but not burned. We cook ours in oven.

I prefer my meat or what ever type of meat I eat cooked well done. I don't feel comfortable eating my meat with that pink look on the inside or burnt it doesn't taste the same I think it take away from the taste that way. Even though I don't eat meat as much as I use to. I'm being little more a vegetarian, but if I was to eat meat I would like to eat my meat well done. To me it tasted the best that way to me some people different or have different taste.
