So, first of all, HI! My name is Ellie and I'm 23. I joined three days ago after Google searching "play Pokémon for free". My Questions are below:

1.) Do you have to be a certain amount of time to play games?
2.) Every time I get past the "Start Game" part it directs me to a Start New Game option. I choose the option, put my info in, then I push start, space, then every button on my computer. So my question is, How do you start a new game?
3.) I have a Windows 8 computer, I use FF and IE. If I am pushing the right buttons, why won't it start?
4.) Am I completely psychotic?

Any info would be greatly appreciated. I used to play Pokémon when I had a Nintendo and a game boy advance. The last question's answer is yes. LOL!

2.The controls should be listed in the window of the game. 

3.I'm not sure. I use Google chrome myself. I wouldn't think its the browser causing the problems

Well, I can get a little farther, but as far as going "UP", I just can't seem to do it.
I keep double clicking, and in Zelda and Pokémon, I just can't do it. I may have changed them trying to figure out how to just enter the game. How do I fix it? I keep trying to do it, but it won't stick when I push "OK". Majorly

Controls for my Pokémon gba (its from another site but it could be the same controls) are...

Enter= Start (brings up start menu)
Z= "A" button 
X= "B" button 
A/S= Brings up the help screen
Arrow Keys= Movement

Those are all the controls I can really think of. If I missed one just ask, as I'm sure I just forgot to put it up here
