My friends say that I'm overreacting then, but I only do that when they do things like falling in front of me while I'm running during gym (one of my friends did this once, but I almost kicked his head when he did that, so I was super angry that he was so stupid) or when they keep making lame jokes. (Don't worry, they don't do this all the time or something, it's just that me and my friends can be pretty bored sometimes)

I wouldn't say I'm strong, but definitely getting back into shape. I was a lifeguard for 3 years and I' run everyday. I swam all summer too.

juuldude :  I believe at THAT time, I was getting on the treadmill and he was lifting weights.  Now... I either jog / walk, bike, or do a program called Tapout.    Since it's getting colder, I might be forced into getting back on the treadmill... ewwwww.

juuldude : i weigh 220 pounds. it is all muscle. I do karate,boxing and mma. I have been in street fight since i can remember. ( i am a bit of a puck i guess you could say.) I lift 260 with a 45.5 pound bar. my legs are just as strong if not stronger then my arms becouse i run alot. I also do squats and lunges along with my karate kicks and boxing bounce. i hit the punching bag every day along with the speed bad and the maze bag. I try to swim when ever i can but the pool near me is hardly ever open,, i hit the gym every day but sunday. i do crunches russion twist and hanging sit ups every day. I also do pull up and muscle ups. I fight almost every day agenst other "punks" and my sparring partners. I fight in karate and boxing turnamits. So in short i would say i am pretty fit.

You can say that I am really strong, Even know I do weigh 200 pounds, but a quarter of that is fat and 3 quarters of that is muscle, I can be able to lift like 125 pounds of things with no problem. So I am quite a little bit strong

I'm not skinny; my BMI is normal according to my doctor, but I'm not really strong. I'm not weak, I don't think, but my twin sister does always beat me in arm wrestles xP. I need to exercise more!~

I have gotten a lot stronger recently, especially in my legs! I can now push away 110 kilo's (No, pounds suck!) That is stronger then average according to my personal trainer.
