Hello, i have been coming to this site for a couple years now and just recently started getting into the post's,boards, ect.
 Anyhow, long story short, I encountered a problem about a week ago while the game was loading, the message at the bottom of the screen read :"Error: Failed to download server file version info."  Things i have tried follow:

-Re-install Rgr plugin (restarted browser after, as well as re-booted the pc)

-Changed the site to trusted site

-Read other post relating to this problem with no help on any (and all were closed)

*The games i play which will not work are listed below*

-Pokemon Fire Red-GBA

-Pokemon Leaf Green-GBA

Please any attempt to help would be much appreciated. Thank You, StevoReaper

Try the same thing that I just told another user to try here. EXCEPT once windows is through configuring the Retro Game Room Plugin, look in both ROMS and Downloads for the game names that you just mentioned. When you find them, delete them and then go back to each game page and try playing them again. Doing this should force the ROM to download again. Perhaps the original files got corrupted somehow.

Also, I'm not sure if save states are connected to these "unique" files so be prepared to lose saves for these games if you try this.

Just like I told that other person, if you try all of that and it still doesn't work, I recommend throwing your computer into the nearest bottomless pit...
