First of all you need the Enemy Skill materia.. The first ES materia you get it from Midgar after beating Hojo's specimen. The 2nd materia you can find in Junon there is this underground place where you can learn basic stuff it's in there.... And the 3rd one is in the Forgotten Capital, you get it  before DISC 1 ends.. And the 4th and last (pretty useless I guess.) You get it from the Chocobo Sage's lodge in the northern mountain, but you need Airship to get there, just "talk" with the green chocobo and it will drop it.

So let's start this....

Matra Magic: This is the first Enemy skill you can learn, first place to get this is just outside of Midgar.. You get it from enemy called Custom Sweeper, it is pretty decent magic. Deals non-elemental damage to all enemies and costs only 8 MP.
You can also learn it from Bullmotors, they can be found in the Corel Prison. And Death Machine does Matra magic too, you can find it from Junon where the soldiers are training in that tunnel, just press the alarm button and they will appear eventually.

LV. 4 Suicide: This you can learn from those little squirrels called Mu and Trickplay.. Mu's can be found near the Chocobo Farm and Trickplay's are in the Icicle area (grass).. LV. 4 Suicide is good spell it damages equal to 31/32 of target's current HP and casts Small to those whose level is divisible by 4 and it costs only 10 MP. .And this is also needed to get the Chocobuckle spell.

Chocobuckle: This one is pretty tricky to get, there is exactly two places you can get this spell. Near Chocobo Ranch and in the Mideel area, first you have to buy some Mimmett greens from the Chocobo farm and then equip Chocobo Lure Materia (You can buy this from Chocobo farm.) Then find some chocobo tracks, and when Chocbo appears in the battle throw one Mimmet green so it starts to eat it, and then use LV. 4 Suicide on it, if the chocobos level is divisible by 4 it will cast Chocobuckle to the one who casts LV. 4 Suicide..
I think this spell is pretty useless, it costs 3 MP and does non- elemental damage to one opponent based on the number of times your party has escaped from battle... But if you want to get all the Enemy Skills then you have to get this one too.

Flame Thrower: You can learn this from 2 dragon monsters, the first dragon called Ark Dragon can be found in the Mythril mine, and the 2nd dragon can be found in Mt. Nibel. It costs 10 Mp and does fire damage to one opponent. Pretty ok spell, I prefer Fire materia more..

Laser: When you are in the Corel Prison there is these monsters called Death Claws, you can learn this from them... I used Manipulate materia to learn it, but it is not needed.. (You get Manipulate from Cait Sith.) and another monster that does this is the Dark Dragon and those wicked creatures lives in the Northern Cave (It's the final place so I recommend you learn it from Death Claws.)  Well you should have 2 enemy skills already so you have to learn the last one from those dragons anyway... This spell is similar to Demi 2 it reduces HP by 50% and costs only 16 MP so it is pretty decent spell.

Aqualung: This powerful spell can be learn from three different enemies, but the first one will be found quite easily, when you have been set free from the Corel Prison you will get Buggy, now you just wonder in the desert with your buggy and you will encounter enemy called Harpy, this crazy beast will cast Aqualung, but be careful, this spell is very powerful so you might want to manipulate Harpy at the beginning of the battle. The 2nd place where you can learn this and by then you should have 3 Enemy Skills.. Is in the Forgotten Capital when you face Jenova, she will cast this often so just remember to equip you Enemy skills before battling her. And the last place to get this is in the Gelnika (Plain wreck in the bottom of the sea)... There you will encounter these monsters called Serpent.. Beware they are pretty strong so try not to get killed. About the Aqualung spell it is very powerful and does water damage to all opponents and costs 34 MP.

Big Guard: To learn this spell you must equip Manipulate materia and then go to the beach near Costa Del Sol or in the Gold Saucer area, there you will encounter monster called Beachplug, use manipulate to him and then just cast Big Guard to your self and all your allies.. Big Guard is pretty good spell it casts Barrier and MBarrier to all your allies only thing that sucks about this it's the cost... It costs 56 MP to do it.

White Wind: Now you have the Buggy, go back to the Junon area and in the grass you will encounter this green owl called Zemzelett, cast Manipulate on him and then use White wind to your team. This one is quite useful it, cures HP equal to caster's current HP and cures some status ailments like confuse, sleep, slow, silence, poison, frog and small. And it costs 34 MP.

Beta: I recommend that you will get this when you have at least 2 Enemy Skills. To get this you have to go back to the Grassland area, there is this march and you can see that giant snake called Midgar Zolom...Now SAVE and then challenge him to the battle.First you just attack him and when he starts to stand first that you don't want to do now is to attack it with the character who has the enemy skill, because before he casts Beta he will knock one of your characters out of the battle.. It would be also good to cast Big Guard now because you might die when he casts Beta. The reason why you should get it early is that this spell is very powerful and does fire damage to all enemies, and it costs 35 MP.

Frog Song: When you are in the Gongaga Area go to the forest and there you will encounter bunch of frogs called Touch Me, first you should equip White Cape to one of your characters, because no matter what these frogs does you will turn in to the frog and if they attack you again you will turn back normal, but anyway just wait them to sing you a song called the Frog Song. And in the Temple of the Ancients you will encounter frogs too called Toxic frogs they like to sing too, so if you missed the song in Gongaga you can learn it from here. About the Frog Song spell, I think it's quite useless.. Never really used it myself, but I guess it is more useful than Transform materia... It turns one of your opponent to a frog and puts him to sleep, costs 5 MP.

Death Sentence: You can learn this from the underground tunnel in the Cosmo Canyon, called the Cave of the Gi, there you will encounter 2 monsters who does this... Gi Spector and Sneaky Step just manipulate of them or just wait that they do it.. You can also learn this from Boundfats they live in the Forgotten Capital.. One more useless spell, it casts death sentence to one of your opponent and it has 60 seconds to live before the grim reaper comes and takes this poor soul to the void. It costs 10 MP.

????: When you are in the Nibelheim there is that giant building called Shinra Mansion, go inside and there you will encounter enemies called Jersey just wait till they cast this spell... Or if you have missed it you can also learn it from Behemoth's, they can be found in Midgar when you return there later in the game.. This is ok spell if your max HP is high and current HP is low.... It does non-elemental physical damage equal to the caster's max HP minus their current HP to one enemy. Costs only 3 MP.

Trine: Aqualung, Beta and Trine. Three powerful Enemy skills you should get in DISC 1. To get this spell is easy.. When you are in the Mt. Nibel you will see that teal big scorpion boss called Materia Keeper, it will cast Trine to you, but be careful it is powerful spell... You can also learn this from Godo he is the final boss in the Wutai Tower, you have to fight him alone using Yuffie so make sure she is well prepared... And the last place to learn this is in the inside the Gaea's cliff, there you will encounter Stilva, looks exactly like Materia Keeper.. Make sure you will learn it from him if you still haven't (It will also cast Magic Breath so learn that too..) Trine does lighting damage to all enemies and costs 20 MP.

Death Force: There is only one enemy that does this spell and it's called Adamantaimai. Those monsters live in the Wutai area beaches, just use Manipulate on it and then cast Death Force. I think this one is pretty useless too.... When you cast it to your ally he becomes immune to Death spells... Costs 3 MP.

Magic Hammer: There is only one enemy that does this spell too... And surprise! They live in the Wutai area too (grass) Manipulate one of them or just wait that they do it to you... This spell drains 100 MP from one opponent and costs 3 MP,

Bad Breath. There is only one enemy that does this spell... And this crazy monster lives in the Gaea's cliff, I found these from that area where is you can find chest and inside that chest is new sword for Cloud called Ragnarok... This monster is called Malboro, before facing this lunatic you should equip ribbons to two of your characters.. (You can find 1st ribbon in the Temple of the Ancients and 2nd one can be found in the Gaea's cliff.. There is secret room inside the cave when you cross that tiny ice bridge..) You can't manipulate Malboro so you just have to wait him to cast it to you... This is one of my favorite enemy skills it inflicts poison, confuse, sleep, silence, small and frog status to all enemies and it costs 58 MP.

Magic Breath: That Stilva monster does this (check the Trine spell.) and also in the Northern Cave you encounter monsters called Parasite, manipulate one of them and then cast Magic Breath. This spell is very powerful and does fire, ice and lighting damage to all enemies. Costs 75 MP.

Goblin Punch: When you have airship go to the small island that is located northeast corner of the map, there lives these little fellows called Goblins, you can learn this from them... It does non-elemental damage to one opponent and does not cost any MP.

Shadow Flare: This spell is almost the most powerful Enemy skill there is, you can get this spell from the Ultima Weapon when you battle him the very last time in the Cosmo Canyon airspace. You should equip all your enemy skills to one character.. Now make sure when you kill Ultima weapon the one who does the killing blow is the one with the enemy skills, because Ultima Weapon will cast Shadow Flare to him before he perish... And almost forgot cast MBarrier to that character before killing Ulty, you don't want to die. If you missed this chance then there is another way to learn this spell, and that is in the Northern Cave where you will encounter Zombie dragons, they will use this deadly attack too... This does non-elemental damage to one enemy and costs 100 MP.

Dragon Force: This spell can only be learn in the Northern Cave, there you will encounter Dark Dragons, you have to use Manipulate to him, and also this is good chance to learn Laser if you missed it in Corel Prison. This spell raises defence and magic defence for one of your allies.. Costs 19 MP.

LV. 5 Death: You can learn this from the Northern Cave, from those Parasites who also casts Magic Breath. Casts death to all enemies and if target's level is divisible by 5 he dies. So make sure that at least one of your characters is not divisible by 5 or it is Game Over man.. Costs 22 MP.

Roulette: Only place to learn this is also in the dark deeps of the Northern Cave, there you will encounter monsters called the Death Dealers, manipulate of them or just wait them to cast it... So let the russian roulette begin, because this spell kills instantly a random target, so not very good spell if you ask me... Costs 6 MP.

Angel Whisper: Another spell that you can only get from the Northern Cave, there you will encounter these beauties called Pollensalta, just manipulate her and use Angel Whisper to one of your ally. This spell is very useful, sadly you can't learn it earlier.... It restores to target's maximum HP, and cures sleep, poison, confuse, silence, stop, slow, small, frog, petrify, berserk and dark to one ally. Costs 50 MP.

Pandora's Box: Last but not least the most powerful enemy skill there is.. You have only ONE CHANCE to get this spell, so make sure to save before facing this monstrosity. And of course equip all your enemy skills before the battle. Try to kill it as fast as you can (use your final Limit breaks if have to or KotL).. When Zombie Dragon dies it will cast Pandora's Box if it has enough MP left, this spell will ignore defence so make sure you have enough HP so you wont die.  So this does no-elemental damage to all enemies and ignores defence, like I said before... And costs 110 MP.

That's all folks ! Peace and Loooooove.

Cactuar : Comprehensive, but with Beta in particular, you don't even need Big Guard. I can't remember all the battle details but I do remember that you can earn with the 3 characters you want to use at about level 17 minimum, with Limit Breaks ready, casting as many status effects on the monster as possible, especially poison. It' not terribly difficult and you'd get Beta extra early, as early as possible.
